When calling to make an appointment Kendra was able to make my appointment without putting me on hold or a transfer, and when I brought my Jeep in, Alyson noticed my inspection was up, and reminded me of make my appointment without putting me on hold or a transfer, and when I brought my Jeep in, Alyson noticed my inspection was up, and reminded me of recommended services that were due! Super thrilled she took note of these things! Both girls are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! Very pleased with my visit! More

I went to purchase a car, previously they said they'd have ne in the new car within an hour. When I arrived alone and didn't tell them my other offer for trade in they wouldn't tell me a price of the car have ne in the new car within an hour. When I arrived alone and didn't tell them my other offer for trade in they wouldn't tell me a price of the car I wanted to purchase, and said darling come back with your husband later. .then it took he about 5 minutes if asking for my car keys so I could leave. Then they followed me to my car after i said I was reporting them finally screaming a price to me ( $10k over a fair listing price from all sources) and I laughed and was called vulgar names as I drove away. Then he continued to text me trying to clarify the situation and saying I took it all wrong. More
