2019 Ramm was not prepared for sale. cat hair and dirt inside. oil over filled.antifreeze low. Stains on rear seats! Window tint and windshield tintstrip over limit of 6", would not pass NY Inspection, h inside. oil over filled.antifreeze low. Stains on rear seats! Window tint and windshield tintstrip over limit of 6", would not pass NY Inspection, had to be removed. Front plate holder needed to be purchased for NYS. New Tires on front but rear tires worn to 4-5/32, 60% wear difference front /rear on 4x4 not a smart move by Management just to pass inspection. the concern should have been new tires front and rear for proper transmission support and traction. Bad Call. Purchased the vehicle on 3/11/21 visited the Dealer to voice these concerns on 3/13/21. I was told by management staff that the Manager would contact me by Monday 3/15/21. Today is 3/25/21. I have not been contacted about the concerns. Sales staff and finance office staff were very good, I believe service / detail and Managenent dropped the ball. Poor follow through. Poor choice! Ive owned 7 Dodge Ram trucks ,Fords, Chevs and GMC over the past 43 years. Never bought a vehicle with this Dealercare issues Douglas McDonald More
