Salesman Dave Sobel did a bait and switch, blamed it on a sick employee, and failed to return my calls. He told me $499/mo and $0 down, and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle the price changed to $529 sick employee, and failed to return my calls. Dave begged me not to give him a bad review so I gave him another chance. He failed again. AFter the bait and switch I asked Dave if we could make a deal if I got 2 vehicles. We lost both our cars (one to a fire, the other to old age) and were using a rental car. The numbers for both vehicles came back high but I still wanted to explore the second vehicle options more, we needed a car asap.
