I brought my jeep wrangler in for repair because a check engine light is on. Was told it was a evap leak. I was told that it was probably the gas cap and I should replace it $30. light came back on 3 days l engine light is on. Was told it was a evap leak. I was told that it was probably the gas cap and I should replace it $30. light came back on 3 days later with the same code and was told it would need a smoke test to diagnose. Brought it back in for the test and they said it was a sensor and that I needed to have a thermostat replaced to solve the issue $500. Light was off for less than 36 hours. Brought the vehicle back a third time and was told to have it at the dealership to have it worked on at 8:30 am that Friday. Droped the car off that Friday and ended up calling them at 3pm to see if we had figured out what was wrong yet, was told it was not even looked at yet. An hour later was called and told it needed a fuel crossover tube and it would be another $120. I asked if since the first time they repaird the wrong parts if I had to pay for labor again and was told "Well were not going to do it for free". I asked if this repair would take care of the check engine light and was told that it might but they were unsure. I decided to take the vehicle home without any further work being done. I have now paid for repairs that the vehicle didn't need and had to take off 3 days of work letting them guess at what was wrong. Previously to this experience with milford Chrysler, I was planning on trading in my vehicle in after the repair and buying a new vehicle from them. After this I will never do business there again. More

Do not provide one stop shopping. Do not stand behind their vehicles. Wanted second set of wheels/tires sent us elsewhere. Had connector on tailgate break, response that scratch on plastic of tailgate m their vehicles. Wanted second set of wheels/tires sent us elsewhere.
