I have mixed feelings about my experience at the Milford dealership. I was excited to get a new lease and initially felt the staff was decent, but little things that happened along the way showed me otherw dealership. The deal itself took 2 minutes, it was exactly what I had been paying for my last Jeep, with my extra miles and no down payment. Great. First, it was so hot and uncomfortable in the dealership and Dave didn't even bother to offer me a bottle of water. No big deal. As I signed the papers and waited for my Jeep to be detailed, I was told that this particular Jeep had 500+ miles on it already. Dave said it was driven from another dealership but that sounds pretty sketchy. Also, my lease payment went up by .99 cents a month, not what I was quoted. Once again, not a big deal, but the small issues started to build up. Dave pretty much begged me to give him 5 stars on the rating, then proceeded to say "you don't really need me to follow up with a courtesy call tomorrow, right?" That's pretty snarky. Being from NJ, the sales tax was not figured out correctly and I got a phone call nearly a month later from Andrew asking me to pay the $35+ difference. Ok? Dave never called my insurance company to get the information switched over, I ended up doing it myself, and the registration was so late getting out that my temporary paper license plate was just expired. Dave also promised that once the registration was done, he would be able to get me a NJ inspection sticker from "a friend" at a NJ dealership. He never did that either, despite numerous attempts to get ahold of him I realize now that probably wasn't legal. I ended up going to a NJ inspection station and doing it myself. Did I mention I am a single female? More

My 2008 dodge caliber rt has lifetime, unlimited mileage warranty plus extra bumper to bumper lifetime unlimited milage coverage. My ďrivers heated seat stopped working.
