Disappointed Dropped off SUV for door hinge replacement (warranty) and rattle in dash. Door hinge was never replaced and was told rattle would be to expensive to f Dropped off SUV for door hinge replacement (warranty) and rattle in dash. Door hinge was never replaced and was told rattle would be to expensive to fined unless I wanted to pay for it. Purchased most expensive warranty package for $1500. And nothing was fixed. Had the car there for a total of 8 days. This place is a waist of time. They tell you everything you want to here with a smile on there face and then do nothing to help. More

Quick service needed to take my 2019 jeep Cherokee in for a recall. I got an appointment convenient for my schedule. Drop off was a breeze. I was told would be an needed to take my 2019 jeep Cherokee in for a recall. I got an appointment convenient for my schedule. Drop off was a breeze. I was told would be an hour, so went shopping to kill time. Got a call in less than an hour than my vehicle was ready. Pick up was even quicker than drop off, I was back in my vehicle in less than 5 minutes!!! Staff was super courteous!!! This was a very pleasant experience!!! Thanks!!! More

Quick, easy and very friendly From the salesman to the service department, the entire team that helped us did everything to accommodate our needs and help us find the perfect car f From the salesman to the service department, the entire team that helped us did everything to accommodate our needs and help us find the perfect car for our growing family. The most memorable part of the whole experience, besides going home with our new car, was that they provided a private room for me to feed my new born baby. It was my first time having to feed him out in public so I was nervous about how people would react but they made sure I and the baby were comfortable while my fiancé continued to look at cars. Thank you so much Milford Chrysler, for making an already memorable day even more special for a new mom. More
