Awful I brought my car in due to a coolant leak. All of the questions I asked were met with rude responses, faces being made and eye rolling. At one point t I brought my car in due to a coolant leak. All of the questions I asked were met with rude responses, faces being made and eye rolling. At one point the service manager actually yelled at me. He was having a bad day and some personal issues which he made clear when he raised his voice. Honestly, he shouldn’t have been at work and took the time to recoup. I picked my car up on Saturday and left. On Sunday when I went to put gas in my car it dumped back onto the ground. I ended up breaking down on the side of the road at 10pm with my 6 and 4 year old after being at the hospital with my mom all day Sunday. When they dropped the tank to do the coolant lines they never reconnected the fuel hose. That was completely negligent and a HUGE safety issue. My husband contacted the service manager (Chris) the next day and was met with a completely unapologetic manner. I’m so disappointed in my service. It is also mind blowing to be treated with such disrespect by a manager who is supposed to have amazing customer service skills. That service department left a fuel hose disconnected. That could have been deadly. They allowed my children as well as myself to get into an unsafe vehicle to end up broken down in the middle of the night. I wish I was able to give no stars. You should definitely invest in employees with better customer service capabilities and less serious errors in their work. More
