I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used Honda Oddyssey van at Mike Patton Honda. Kim was absolutely awesome. I bought this vehicle on a complete whim. I drove by the dealership with my 2-year- Oddyssey van at Mike Patton Honda. Kim was absolutely awesome. I bought this vehicle on a complete whim. I drove by the dealership with my 2-year-old and 5-year-old sons in the car with me. I saw this van and just couldn't pass up the great deal. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, Kim was right there to help me. She made this car-buying experience extremely easy. Mike Patton had a kids' entertainment room that my boys were able to use while I completed paperwork. Kim even helped me watch my boys while I was busy cleaning out my car. The entire process only took a few hours as oppossed to an all-day event that I have experienced when purchasing other cars. I would highly recommend purchasing a car at Mike Patton, and I would highly recommend using Kim as your sales' associate! As I drove the car off the lot and realized that the radio station was programmed to the JOY-FM (J93.3), a contemporary Christian station, I felt an even greater confirmation that I had made an excellent car-buying decision! After I decided to buy a new car, I visited different auto-traders just to compare the price for Honda Civic 2013. I talked many dealers and finally found what I wanted. He gave me a quick response for my request, and then he immediately called me. He gave me some information about the car exactly what I wanted. I didn’t hesitate talking him in person because; I already had enough information about the car from other dealers. When I got at Mike Patton Honda in Lagrange GA, Timothy was busy and assigned a person called “Thomas Stafford” to help me. Thomas is really a nice guy, he helped me a lot. I learned that they work with no commission; the price was already on the car, shown clearly. That really helped me to make a decision. I could do a test drive for Honda Civic 2013, even if it was exactly as described I loved Honda Accord 2014 but my wife preferred the Honda Civic 2013. Finally we decided to take the Honda Civic. At no point did I feel pressured. My sales consultant Mark Brady was super! He was very straight forward about what they had to offer and very helpful in finding a NEW CAR :) that fit my needs and my pocketbook! My wife and I decided that our 2012 Accord was too small for our family so decided to upgrade to a 2013 Pilot with RES. We searched autotrader and found what we wanted. The dealership is almost 3 hours from for our family so decided to upgrade to a 2013 Pilot with RES. We searched autotrader and found what we wanted. The dealership is almost 3 hours from us. I spoke with Ozzy Mauzy on the phone and he was extremely helpful. I learned this was a no commission dealership and didn't really know what to expect. I explained what our situation was and expectations and he ran the numbers and looked at photos of our trade and gave me some ballpark numbers which turned out to be really really close to what we ended up with (which is usually not the case in our experience). We made the trip down and he took time with us showing us the Pilot's features and actually had the kids watching a DVD while he went over the rest of our vehicle. My wife and I were both able to do a test drive and it was exactly as described and what we wanted. The rest of the buying experience was really a no pressure situation. Ozzy really went the extra mile (but he says that's just what they do there at that dealership) but made sure we were comfortable with all of the vehicle before we left. We were hesitant at first for driving 3 hours to this dealership but will definitely do it again for our next vehicle. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE! Recommend this place to everyone. When I went to Mike Patton I was not consciously in the market for a new car. I was there to have repairs done to my used car. I have always bought used cars. It was drilled into me growing up that driving a brand new car off the lot was not worth it because of depreciation of the value of the car. But Brian showed me all the facts, he worked through all the pros and cons with me, he helped me make the best decision for me. He also intuited my needs and wants without me saying much about what I might be interested in. He knew. It hasn't quite been a week but I'm already feeling the relief and security that a new car with low mileage (and a sweet warranty) bring. A new car is totally worth it.
