My husband and I decided that we were in the market for a NEW Honda Civic. We had spent the previous weekend (and I do mean weekend)..at another dealership trying to discuss a trade or new purchase but was NEW Honda Civic. We had spent the previous weekend (and I do mean weekend)..at another dealership trying to discuss a trade or new purchase but was not comfortable with the experience. We finally left that dealership and decided that it was not worth the hassle. This past Saturday we decided to try again...so we decided to try out Mike Patton Honda in Lagrange, Ga. My daughter and her husband had previously bought a new Honda Odyssey (2012) and were extremely pleased with their buying experience. They highly recommended that we try it out if we were going to purchase a new car. We had not made an appointment but my husband had been emailing back and forth with a salesperson. When we got to the dealership, that particular salesperson was busy with another customer so we decided just to browse around to see if they had the car he wanted. He did find the exact car he wanted. As he was finding the exact car he wanted, he looked around and there was Kim Parker. She had come out to find us way i the back of the parking lot. She was introduced to us by one of the members of the Patton family. He told us that he would leave us in very capable hands with Kim. He was right. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. We did end up purchasing the car from her. She insisted on having the car detailed and filled with gas before we left. She programmed his blue tooth for him and she even helped me re-program the blue tooth in my Honda Crosstour. It was a great experience and I have already recommended Kim to other friends at my work that are looking for a new Honda. Kim is "The Bomb"... More
