He answered all of our questions, took us out for test drives, and patiently waited while I called my insurance company to have paperwork sent over (and this last part involved a pretty long wait). In finance, Chuck was friendly and had my paperwork (including some last minute changes) processed ridiculously fast. This was an excellent car-buying experience, and I would definitely recommend Hondas in general and Mike Patton as a dealer for them for anyone in the LaGrange vicinity.
