I am a 2LT in the US Army. I bought at Mike Patton from Quinton Kelley just after I commissioned from OCS, and on my way to Ft. Gordon. The car was quite nice (2008 Mustang, silver, V6), and had exceptionally low milage for below KBB price (about trade in price, from a dealer with a warrenty). Only issues: On the test drive Mr. Kelly kindof gunned it - IMO the dealer wants me to think of the car as mine already, and I personally would be mad if I let you drive my car and you were hot-roding it, but probably he was trying to show off its pony-car nature (it's a mustang after all); and the trunk light was burnt out (they replaced it before pickup). On the plus side, the service was great, friendly, and attentive. They let me test drive a car I was 99% not going to buy, listed to my preferences on style, color, etc and showed me cars based on that. Mr Kelly didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, and this dealership makes a practice of offering the lowest price up front with no haggling - so no worries that I was getting a run-around because my negotiating skills weren't up to par (I wouldn't meet someone else with the same car from the same dealer for 2k less). Lastly, I was in uniform at the dealership, and they made a PA announcement about me (I had just commissioned and all that), and everyone came and shook my hand. People who live next to the military, expecially in the South and red states will do that - actually approve of and say thanks for putting it on the line for the USA. It was really cool, especially as I had just joined the Army a few months prior. I'm currently in Germany, so if I buy a car over here it'll probably be from the military sales (they can really hook it up, negating shipping costs and all that), but if I was in the region, I would go back to this dealership. More

At no time, did I feel he was pushing me to buy; in fact, if anything, he made me feel relaxed and answered my questions no matter how trivial I thought they would be. I had a bad experience locally with dealers trying to take advantage of us with the price of the car. I got Ray's number and he and his staff were very diligent and comitted to our needs and goals. My experience was great, better than great. The sales person, Kyle partnered with Jason and took care of everything. I had a lot of questions and had interest in many different vechicles. They patiently showed me all and worked up pricing on all. Finally we found the perfect car for me. Not only did Kyle do a great job, Jason, Mike, Ray, Bryan Thompson, and others helped make the deal happen. Something that impressed me was the other sales reps who were not working with me took time out of thier day to come over and speak to us. Everyone was great. Quentin the sales guy went above and beyond the duty of a sales person to find me exactly what I was looking for and for the right price. He even worked on finding me my car on his day off. He is a great sales person. John Moore did a fantasic job on working with Ford Motor Credit on getting me the 1.9% financing I was seeking. This is our 4th car in the past 3 years that we have purchased from Mike Patton even though we live on the northside of Atlanta. My husband and I own a business here in Atlanta but are Lagrange natives. We were able to do everything over the phone because we just don't have the time to sit in a car dealership for 4 hours. Mike Patton has always made our car buying experience very pleasurable all the way down to delivering the car and paperwork to our front door.(not very many people can sit down at their kitchen table and sign the paperwork) I don't know of any other dealer that would go out of their way to do that. We love the small town experience that you get from Mike Patton. They treat you like your family. A lot of people have made comments about why I went all the way to LaGrange to purchase my car (the car tag plate holder has Mike Patton LaGrange on it). I tell them that we wouldn't purchase our cars from anyone else, and if they make the trip down their it would be worth their time. Mike Patton has us for customers for life. Ali S Lowery ps. My wife and I decided to visit Mike Patton Ford because we were in the market for a truck. We are previous buyers from Mike Patton Honda and we were very please with the service we received the last time w we were in the market for a truck. We were greeted by a salesman name George Woodell. George was very friendly and knowledgeable about the brand of truck we were looking at. The only problem was the dealership didn't have the vehicle I wanted on-site but George and Brian did everything in their power to get the vehicle I wanted. I gave them 24 hours to find the vehicle I wanted and they made it happen. I was totally impressed with George attitude and knowledge. He was funny, dependable and hardworking. Overall, The service was great and George was a true professional. Keep up the good work. More

The prices are a lot lower and the excellent customer service I received was above and beyond what I received anywhere else. Quentin Kelley made my purchase and trade-in the easiest transition that I have ever experienced. He even went above and beyond what is expected. He had my car picked up in Columbus for detail work and personnally delivered it to me on his day off. Since my purchase in April, he has been providing me with Ford updates and has written me wanting to ensure that everything is going to our satisfaction. I have purchased 6 other new Fords and have never received this type of service. No matter where you live, it will be worth the drive to receive excellent quality service and commitment. I know there will be future Ford purchases for me and without a doubt, I will only choose Mike Patton Ford and Quentin Kelley! Thanks for everything! More
While traveling through LaGrange on a Friday evening about 8:30, the rear window/hatchback on my 2002 Explorer shattered as it was closed. Every square inch of glass was broken! I had noticed the Mike Patton Ford dealership on my way into town and drove back to see if they could help. I met Richard Hill and he immediately offered to help me. The service department was closed but Richard assured me that Mike Anderson, the General Manager, would figure something out. I explained to Mike that I needed to be in Valdosta early the next morning. Mike immediately offered to loan me a car off of the lot in spite of the fact that the dealership does not have a rental program. Mike knew that they would not be able to repair the window for at least several days, if at all, and only asked that I call and check back with them the following Monday. I drove to Valdosta and back home to Atlanta, approximately a 500 mile round trip. I was not able to pick up my Explorer until Wednesday. When I asked Mike how much I owed him for the use of his car, he said there were not any charges - NONE! Richard, Mike, and Mike Patton Ford helped me out because they are simply good people and cared about my problem. I look forward to doing business with these wonderful folks for a long, long, time! Wednesday, April 1, 2009 I reviewed a Ford Edge in Columbus at Rivertown Ford and on the Internet. Mike Patton Ford and Lincoln had several listed at remarkable close out prices. I emailed an inquiry to confirm these prices to see if they were legitimate. I was contacted by Ray Deyo the very next morning. He assured me the prices was not false advertising and he gave me a detailed description of the exterior and interior colors. Ray scheduled me an appointment to review the vehicle in person, because I was coming from Columbus. On Friday, April 3, 2009 I visited Mike Patton Auto is LaGrange, GA. I was looking to purchase a 2009 or 2008 vehicle with low miles,(1000 or less), I was greeted by A Customer Service Representative and Sales Manager who were expecting my arrival. I was given the keys to test drive the vehicle, look over all the details, ask questions or voice concerns. Ray offered me a Coke and we conversed about the Ford Edge and life in general. I purchased the Ford Edge. The staff at Mike Patton Auto is excellent, they are engaging, personable, and honest, with their pricing. I received no pressure tactics and all of my questions or concerns were addressed by Ray Deyo. Ray is an industry diva with 28 years of experience, which is an asset, he adds value to the TEAM. I enjoyed my experience with Mike Patton Ford and Lincoln Mercury. It is a first rate organization. I will recommend Ray Deyo and this dealership to my constituents. Dr. Dwayne D. Jakes, CMC More
