George Woodell called me back and we began working through all of the details. He explained that my credit was not perfect, it was actully rather bad. I had been in school for 4 years trying to earn a degree in Education so bills tended to get missed from time to time. He worked on it for a week or so and explained that I may not be able to get financed and even if I did, I would need to find a different car, but my heart was set on that one. For two weeks George worked diligently to make sure that I got in the car that I wanted and made sure to keep the payments at a good price for me. He will be my salesman any time in the future! More

I visited Mike Patton about 6 weeks ago and I was first approached by a young lady asking for my name and information and I hadn't even seen a car yet. Then she goes on to tell me she's not even a salesman approached by a young lady asking for my name and information and I hadn't even seen a car yet. Then she goes on to tell me she's not even a salesman, so I waited for a salesman to come out which took about 10 minutes and Ben came out and started in after introducing himself wanting to tell me how mike patton works or some crap. I simply wanted the price of a vehicle and he wanted me to come inside. Come to find out the price I was asking for was right on the windshield, I have a calculator i can figure taxes on my own. I mentioned to him I might have a trade and he went straight in to giving me BS about how they handle trading a vehicle WAY differently than other dealerships. Well you're right they do, they offered me about 5 thousand less than anyone else I talked to and I just had to leave. I was now furious, they call themselves hassle free and the one price dealer and thats the truth but they can screw someone else because it's not happenin to this one. They will give you way less than value of your vehicle so they can sell it for about 5,000 dollars more! Then his manager came over and told me Ben would take care of me knowing that he was about to ram numbers down my throat. I will never be back there again, it was the most pressure I've dealt with in a while at a car dealership! More
