The price was superior to 5 other Ford dealers I priced south of Mike Patton. After the price was confirmed I came to the dealer to make the purchase. Once there I found out the car was not actually on the south of Mike Patton. After the price was confirmed I came to the dealer to make the purchase. Once there I found out the car was not actually on the lot but would have to be brought in. This miscommunication made me have to make another trip to the dealer to pick it up. In addition the 5 digit code to open the dirive side door was not in the vehicle & I'll have to make another trip back to have it programmed. Overall price is the bottom line for me in an auto purchase. More

Mike Anderson did not honor his word, when confronted about it he became hostile and demeaning. Jason Murphy went over and beyond what his job description is,I'm pretty sure. I was searching for one specific F250 and he found it. It took about three weeks of searching and finding several tha description is,I'm pretty sure. I was searching for one specific F250 and he found it. He also helped organize some off site work that turned out great and on site work on some scratches that didn't turn out so great but they are supposed to fix the problem again today.
