I provided pay off info, and it was verified by the dealership, I provided a copy of the dmv report confirming the info I gave you. Mike Anderson promised electronic title transfer?? when?? David Patton promised no more then a 10 day wait?? its past that, the dealership promised good customer service, yet Mike acts hostile and demeaning to my wife whether she calls or stops by, and even sent a hostile email full of inaccuracies. If I would have received the treatment I was promised and not lied to about things, I would not feel this way. I asked for a written copy of the title policy from Mike Anderson, he told me he would have to have one written up for me to try and head this off in the future...now that is professional...and i am still waiting.

I'll let you handle this with Mike. All I can say is that Mike is my General Manager and I've know him for over 6 years and he has ALWAYS give nothing but exceptional service to any customer he comes in contact with so I can't help but think that his requests are reasonable and good business for our dealership.

Donnie, my wife was there yesterday, and was disappointed at best with her conversation with David, we jumped through yet another hoop this time upon the word of David, then he backed off and said he never told us that...If we were not told that by him then why would we have put ourselves out to make the effort to provide what was "supposed" to be needed. As a follow up, Chris Patton called and had what I interpreted as a good conversation with her. Hopefully this will all be resolved tomorrow.

Great news...I'm glad Chris got involved. I know he will do what is right. I hate to see us get a negative review but with all the good ones we've gotten I guess we were bound to have a bad one. I just hope this all gets resolved like it should and that both parties are pleased with the outcome in the end. If I can ever do anything for you on the sales side don't hesitate to contact me.
