They are a bunch of friendly, down to earth people and seemed genuinely interested in getting us the right car. When we ran into roadblocks (such as loving a vehicle but it not having all the options we wanted) they were quick to offer other options - other cars or even ialnstalling the option on the vehicle we liked. They worked with us in every way. Crystal was a really fun sales person. She was pleasant and had very nice manners. She asked good questions about what we were interested in and really listened. In fact, 3 days later when I returned to test drive some different cars, she repeated to me verbatim the things I told her I liked and disliked about the previous test drives. She was extremely personable...a people person! In addition to all those good things, she handled all my requests quickly and efficiently. And, when I had a minor problem with a company installing heated seats for me, she kept checking on it to be sure the work had been done and that I was satisfied. I really have nothing bad to say about her or the dealership. More

I have had 4 occasions recently to take 3 different vehicles into the service department. It started when my husband had a wreck and we needed our extra vehicle fixed til we could replace the wrecked c vehicles into the service department. It started when my husband had a wreck and we needed our extra vehicle fixed til we could replace the wrecked car. My husband thought he known what was wrong and we told Wes. Wes came back and said it was something else 1000.00 less. needless to say we were elated. So we brought our F150 to him to fix the antilocks brakes. Now the truck is a 2001 so Wes gave us a price for reconditioned parks that saved us a lot of money rather than new. My Expedition had one screw drop out of the steering column and Wes fixed it free. I had a sable towed to get it fixed and the towing co. hauled it wrong and messed up the suspension. Wes talked to my insurance, took pictures and worked with the towing co. It made a nightmare bareable. I highly recommend the service department at Mike Patton. I have dealt with ripoff dealers before while my husband who was in the Navy wasout to sea and chged parts on my car that were not needed to be changed so I am elated to find a honest service department. I purchased a used Mustang today at Mike Patton Ford. Dan was very helpful with the entire process. Over the past few months we have looked at several vehicles and until today could not find one in my price was very helpful with the entire process. Over the past few months we have looked at several vehicles and until today could not find one in my price range. He was able to get me fully financed despite some issues with my credit. The process was very smooth, and the price just cannot be beat for the quality and value i received. I went in to find a cheap van for my family. Dan not only got me a super nice Aspen but he also went out of his way to help us get the SUV. I did not buy a Honda on this trip but will acquire one in a few months. Kimberly was very helpful in e-mails and on the phone in bringing me into the dealer. We gave the ratings above for 3 reasons: 1. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, cordial - greeting us at the door and asking how they could be of service. When we told them we were looking at new tru the dealership was friendly, cordial - greeting us at the door and asking how they could be of service. When we told them we were looking at new trucks a salesman was sent to assist us immediately. 2. The salesman asked what we were looking for specifically and found several F-150 trucks for us to check out including a used 2011 model as well as a new 2012 model and a new 2011 model We chose the new 2011 because it had all the options we were looking for and the price was good. (Jason even emailed us pictures and stock numbers of additional vehicles for us to consider.) 3. All the personnel who worked with us were open and friendly. They explained everything to us from price to incentives and other buyer options including maintenance and gap plans. They seemed to want to make certain that we understood completely. There was no pressure at any time for us to buy anything. This was a very different but pleasant experience for us. More
