My parents had bought an Explorer Trac truck from Mike Patton and my Dad died unexpectedly. My Mother could not drive a truck and needed to trade it back in and purchase another car she was comfortable w Patton and my Dad died unexpectedly. George, one of the managers, was so gracious and understanding throughout this process. Mike Smallwood was our salesman and he was terrific! There was no pressure and he took a lot of time with us to ensure my Mother was comfortable with the Explorer Escape that she decided to purchase. She drove several cars and Mike made sure she knew what each car included and if she was comfortable seeing out of the cars and getting in and out of the cars. He treated us as if we were family and he CARED that she got the exact car that would benefit her most. He worked with us on the trade in and gave us a very fair deal. She was able to help me find the vehichle i desired and ascertain all the stipulations posed by the foundation with the good work of george woodell and he held the car almost a month for me while the foundation slowly went as most goverment affiliated charitys do.
