We bought a new F150, which we really like, and our overall experience with the dealership was good. It was "Great" having the salesman that we had, Kunal Patel. Had a time of 2:00pm to get the paperwork completed, but had to wait till almost 5pm before that was done. While we waited, our truck was being cleaned, which was "not" satisfactory at all. Every person I met was very friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. They did everything they said they would do and followed up by phone to make sure I was satisfied. I had some minor work that had to be done on my Navigator and they brought a loaner car from LaGrange to Duluth (approximately 90 miles)for me to use. I needed a larger car and they made the trip again to make the swap. They are great, honest people and I would buy from them again and recommend my friends to use them. More
