I had a tune up for 1800.00, they replaced my plugs and wires just for that, so a little over 2 yrs later, I need the same thing done!?! For the same price??? I had to take out a small ccd loan just to pay wires just for that, so a little over 2 yrs later, I need the same thing done!?! For the same price??? I had to take out a small ccd loan just to pay these scammer thieves..... My plugs and wires should not have gone bad in 2 yrs and FORD DEALER LONGMONT should have honored my issue! What a total and complete rip off! More
My wife and I went in about 3 PM with the intention of looking over used Escapes. They had several which were appealing but did not meet our objectives of being late model and 4 cylinder. Mick showed us looking over used Escapes. They had several which were appealing but did not meet our objectives of being late model and 4 cylinder. Mick showed us a 2011 model which had the primary features that we desired. We test drove it but could not come up with a mutually agreeable price. Mick's boss (sorry, cannot remember his name) came up with an lower cost alternative (XLS rather than an XLT). We worked on some cost issues and eventually bought the 2011 XLT. a really sharp car that we both liked. We effeciently finished the deal and was out of there by 7 PM. Mick and his boss treated us respectfully and in a time efficient manner. More
The absolute worst car repair experience I have ever had! I signed off on one service and was charged for extra services that I did not approve and then was not given my keys without paying. I brought the I signed off on one service and was charged for extra services that I did not approve and then was not given my keys without paying. I brought the car in to find out why the turn signal was bad. They ran a transmission check and charged me $110 for it. When I told Josh that the transmission was under warranty at another shop and I already had an appointment there he still charged me for it! More
This was the easiest car deal I have ever done. The whole deal was done in less than two hours from when we walked on the lot. We had not intended to buy that day, we thought we were just looking. Ho whole deal was done in less than two hours from when we walked on the lot. We had not intended to buy that day, we thought we were just looking. However, since we knew we would be buying in the near future, and because the deal was SO GOOD on just the car I wanted, we bought it on the spot. We were treated coureously and respectfully by everyone, especially Joey, and are thrilled with my new car. More
I had a great experience, everyone we met was very nice and experienced, the car was by far in better condition than any I had seen at other dealerships. The carfax for my car were already pulled up on the and experienced, the car was by far in better condition than any I had seen at other dealerships. The carfax for my car were already pulled up on the computer right after my test drive and i feel like everyone was very honest. The financing process seemed to drag on and on but Mick made a great effort to keep us entertained. More
Terrible customer service from the finace people. I found the vehicle I wanted online. Mick and Vico were very helpful over the phone and when I sent my son to test drive. They were very accomadating found the vehicle I wanted online. Mick and Vico were very helpful over the phone and when I sent my son to test drive. They were very accomadating since I was showing up on a sunday. The complaint I have is with the financial people. I wired my money on a Thursday. They were supposed to have the papers ready to sign when I came on Monday. I rode 400 miles form South Dakota on Sunday, spent the night in a motel, Mick picked me up and we were at the dealership at 8 AM on Monday. The finace people were not there yet. No worry, we went through the car features and test drove. They said the finance guy was not going to be there till 9 AM because he had to take his kids to school. I waited in the lobby from 9 AM till 9:45 waiting for the finance guy. When he finally showed up, they told me he still had to print up all of the paperwork. This took another 15 minutes. I thought they could have had all of this printed and ready for me. Sales guys were great. More
Sales person, BJ Conklin, understood and knew what I was looking for. He was very knowledgable about my vehicle. He was honest and upfront. He helped me get the best price and without haggling. The manager looking for. He was very knowledgable about my vehicle. He was honest and upfront. He helped me get the best price and without haggling. The manager worked with me on my trade-in and I was very satisfied with the amount he gave me for my vehicle. This is the 4th vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Longmont Ford. Each time BJ made us feel like family. We will continue to recommend BJ at Longmont Ford to all our friends and family. Sincerely, Lance and Melissa Cervantes More

Mick worked very hard to make a deal for a new truck come true. His persistance and the sales managers willingnesss to work with me were greatly appreciated. I pride myself on not just taking the first off true. His persistance and the sales managers willingnesss to work with me were greatly appreciated. I pride myself on not just taking the first offer to come along, and this did not deter these salesmen. My hats off to them. Thanks! More
This was just an "OK" experience. We had been looking for a new - yet used - Explorer for quite a while and had actually shopped at several dealers over the past six months. We were kind of waiti looking for a new - yet used - Explorer for quite a while and had actually shopped at several dealers over the past six months. We were kind of waiting for the new 2011 Explorers to come out to see if we would go with one of the new ones. When we found that they didn't offer a V8, and actually had less towing capacity than the older ones our original search was re-invigorated. We shopped a lot on-line and found a good candidate at Longmont Ford's "sister" dealership (Freeway Ford). They even drove it to Longmont Ford for us to look at. So we met with Vico, and drove several of the same vintage. Vico was pleasant to deal with, but kind of implied that any imperfections, like worn tires, etc., would be rectified. We finally ended up buying a very well-equipped beautiful '09 with tired tires that were not replaced, nor were a couple other fairly minor problems fixed (like missing glove box documentation). After the sale we were "pressured" by the finance person to buy additional warranty coverage. That's OK. I understand how money is made. I did not care for the hard sales tactics, however. So, we like the car. We got an OK price. This was a plain vanilla experience. But, for me to recommend a company to others - whether it's a clothing store, ice cream shop, or car dealer - I have to have some reason to do so. Longmont Ford gave me no compelling reason to recommend them. More
