I purchased a 2010 Expedition from Mick, and I was not your regular area customer. I had to deal over the phone and Internet as I was a Canadian client. All I had to do was wire the money to the dealership and when I flew down to pick up my vehicle, he had all the paperwork ready to go. Gary spent the entire day with us, literally 7 hours to ensure that we were in the car that was best far us & also the financing that was best for us. We have less than perfect credit & he took the time to ensure that we were in the car that was best far us & also the financing that was best for us. We have less than perfect credit & he took the time to explain everything to us & went to five different banks to get us the best deal for us & our family. He never once became inpatient with our situation. There were other suv's that we were looking at when we came in & he was honest with us & told us that yes he could probably get us in those but honestly they weren't the best for our situation. Instead he showed us a suv that had just been traded in 3 days before & drove us over to where it was being detailed. It ended up being the perfect car for our family & he spent the next couple of hours getting the best financing for our family. He didn't have to do any of this! Especially the financing part, he could have brought us the 1st or 2nd offer & told us that with or credit that was as good as it was going to get but he went back 5!! times until we were happy. Thanks to Gary we were able to leave that day with a car we are in love with & loan that didn't make us have a panic attack. Gary is a one in a million car dealer & our family will bring our business back to Gary & Longmont Ford for years to come & also recommend everyone we know. More

Even though i live 350 miles away,Vico was willing to hold the truck until i could drive down and check it out. My overall experience was great. My wife and I did our homework (web surfing) ahead of time so we went out "shopping" to look at 4-5 alternative (SUV) vehicles that would meet our needs (Ford vs Chevy vs Toyota vs Dodge etc). Our Ford choice was a specific 1 year old Ford Expedition that had all the features we wanted. Vico took us right to the vehicle, was Very knowledgeable about all the features, pointing out good AND bad points, and took us on a test drive. Very professional, very personable, no back-and-forth with some manager about offers and counter offers. They gave us fair value for our trade-in and we were out of there in just a few hours (Took us waiting a little while, while they made us a spare set of keys for our new Expedition.) This has got to be easiest purchase experience for us, so far. Oh, appeared to be lots of alternate selections; although we knew specifically what we came for. More
We recently purchased a used car from this dealership and after we signed papers and got the car home, we drove it around at night, this is when we realized that the front headlight did not work properly and after we signed papers and got the car home, we drove it around at night, this is when we realized that the front headlight did not work properly and that the dash lights randomly shut off and then turn back on. I drove the car back to the dealer and told them about the problems. I was told that we already signed papers and that they knew the car had these issue and decided before we bought it they where not fixing it. Earlier today I noticed a missed call from them and hoping that they had decided to fix these safety issues I called back. The person that answered the phone was extermely rude and told me she had no clue who called or why I was calling them. I would never recommend buying a car from this company. The staff is rude and they are okay with not fully disclosing safety problems involving their cars before you purchase them. More
