The Allstate agents are nice and provided a great value on insurance; it ended up being cheaper than all my other quotes with more coverage. Issues with aftermarket items on a used vehicle We purchased a one owner lease return Nissan Rogue that had low mileage at a good price and it still had some factory warranty left. We found that the SD card was missing for the navigation system which would have cost $150 from Nissan. Since the car was advertised as having the navigation system, Longmont Ford purchased this for us. We also purchased a LoJack system and a clear bra to be installed a week later. We scheduled an appointment to have both installed and dropped off the car on Tuesday morning with instructions to give the keys to Finance to handle the logistics. When we picked it up that evening, neither of the items were installed and the car had not been touched. An apology was given and we rescheduled for the following Wednesday. We dropped off the car Tuesday evening so that these items could be installed Wednesday. We stopped in to pick up the car at the end of Wednesday and the car had AGAIN not been touched and nothing was installed. We were leaving for vacation on Friday and wanted at least the clear bra installed to protect the paint. We were told that LoJack and the person installing the clear bra would call me in the morning Thursday to schedule this. No phone calls were received. I ended up calling Longmont Ford and left messages for three different people to call me back. Two hours later no one had, so I again called them and had Jeremy tracked down. Once I spoke to him, the problems began to be taken care of. I personally had to follow up with LoJack as I had a copy of the install order. The regional manager of LoJack rescheduled the install to be done at my workplace next Tuesday. Apparently there was a glitch in LoJack's system and their install tech never got the work order and knew nothing about it. As to the clear bra, the installer would not call the dealer back, but would only text them. Since he had now missed two appointments and refused to talk to the dealer, they told him not to come back. Jeremy at the dealership found another company that I have dealt with for my other car and Longmont Ford is sending a service tech to pick up my car at my work and get the clear bra installed and then return it to me before the end of today. Overall the deal was good, but the handling of the people they contract to install 3rd party items could be better. There seems to be a problem with the different departments communicating with each other. I gave them a bit higher rating than I was originally going to because the finally took ownership of the problems and came up with acceptable resolutions. I gave a fair rating on the operations of the vehicle as it was a Nissan and they are a Ford dealer. I updated Customer service from Poor to Fair as they are now working to resolve the issues. My issues with this dealer should not deter you from giving them a try due to unfortunate circumstances beyond their control, They seem to be fair and honest. More

Dishonest I thought I was about to have a decent experience at the Longmont Ford dealership but it abruptly went south. Working with Clint and Greg Alore was go I thought I was about to have a decent experience at the Longmont Ford dealership but it abruptly went south. Working with Clint and Greg Alore was good until today when an offer they made me for 56.5k on my truck trade suddenly started depreciating 500 dollars a day. We had a verbal agreement at this price and to set a new appointment today to close but my latest Text with Clint is as such: "It was 56,500 yesterday...Today max dollar is 56 on truck...Monday it goes back to 55...On your way!?" I am floored by these shady and dishonest actions and have no interest in finalizing a deal or doing any business at this dealership ever again. More

Fixed the concerns I had about the car. Made sure it was clean and ready to go. Great communication, understanding and patience when hurdles came. Got me the price that worked. He did it all with a smile. Super impressed with him and the staff. Especially when my wiener dog relieved himself in the finance office and embarrassed us completely.
