I was looking for a Focus ST and searched the entire state. Longmont Ford had the largest selection, with the most competitive prices. I contacted Elya Hull via instant message, provide a couple of questions and was setup with appointment. When I arrived the car was sitting out front ready to test drive. The process was super easy and hassle free. I was given a good price on my trade-in and an equally fair price on my new ST. Elya was knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel pressured into a purchase. In addition, the finance department was down-to-earth and easy to get along with. True Ford fans! Nice to see people who actually own the product... I would recommend Longmont Ford to anyone in the market for a new or quality used vehicle. More

I got to drive my $11k car 1 week. Poor customer service. I just bought a vehicle last month from Longmont Ford. The signing and financing process was great, and while I did sign the As Is form, I expect bett I just bought a vehicle last month from Longmont Ford. I took the car on a road trip to WA for a week, and with 400 miles left to go my brakes started to grind a little. Since it was mostly driving, I finished the trip home without grinding. I would have expected the brakes, after the dealership did a full vehicle inspection, would have lasted more than 3k miles... I emailed asking first for free repair, but if that isn't possible then let me pay for the parts and they repair free or at a discount. I heard nothing back from them. Having worked in customer service for over a decade, I know loyalty is valuable and spending a small amount to make it right is worth the investment. After I bought the car I was thinking I would buy my next brand new car here in the next two years, but now I have decided I will never shop here again, and will spend some time letting people know how poorly I was treated. I bought a car. I drive it 3k miles, and now it sits parked. I haven't even made the first payment yet! And I can't afford to fix the brakes until after I figure out the craziness of Colorado's vehicle registration process... So she will probably sit parked for the next two months. This is unacceptable, and Longmont Ford should make it right. *Update 8/8/15: I took the car into Firestone after finding a coupon for $99.99/axle brake job. Brakes were slightly misaligned. They didn't charge me anything to fix it. Longmont Ford could have offered me any of my options, lost nothing, and my review would have changed. I still say ZERO contact from them is unacceptable. More
