We were able to negotiate our bottom line price over the phone with Brent. We were looking for a specific vehicle that was on their lot, however Brent was able to work out a better deal for us in a new Explorer. We made the drive up from Colorado Springs on Thursday evening after work. The team had all of our paperwork ready to sign, vehicle detailed, and they were ready for us upon walking in the dealership. They didn't push us out the door as we were there past closing, they all took the time to make sure we knew how to use our vehicle's gadgets. We would go up to Longmont Ford again without hesitation! Brent was fantastic from the start of the phone call and was the first person to actually listen to us and be willing to work with us. He called back when he stated that he would, he helped us with arranging the financing, he answered numerous questions, and understood our bottom line. Brent worked diligently to get us close to the bottom line. Vico took the time to really explain our vehicle and how to use the various functions and make sure that we knew how to use important features of the vehicle. This was overall the best car buying experience, which exceeded our expectations. More

My first car purchase I went to Longmont Ford after finding a beautiful car on on Craigslist that was located at their dealership. I called to make an appointment to see the car and the two ladies at the front desk were very helpful. We had two other men helping to find Steve (the salesman who I had talked to about test driving the car). Everyone was very nice and the service was quick. I got to test drive the car and fell in love. When we went through all the paperwork, Steve explained everything to me clearly and was just as excited as I was. I never felt uncomfotable with anyone there and loved that the process was very quick. I would deffinately recomend them to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle!!! More

He did not try to push me into anything other than the vehicles about which I inquired; I appreciated that. The adjunct agents with Longmont Ford were also very friendly and knowledgeable; i.e. parts, insurance, and finance personnel. "Customer service" appears to be a high priority with LF, they work at it and are very good at it! It was a very good experience and did not take a "lifetime" to achieve the purchase. It took less time than buying a cell phone! More
