2007 Jayco Seneca died moving home to Colorado Springs Moving back to Colorado Springs Colorado. 90 Miles from Trinidad my 2007 Jayco Seneca died and would do nothing. It was towed into Trinidad Colorado on Sunday April 24 and on Monday a diesel shop in Trinidad looked and the duramax and said they could do nothing the believed it to be the ECM and that had to be replaced by a dealer. After many hours looking for a dealer that would look at it. Al Serra said they would. Monday it was towed into the Springs and Al Serra got right on it that day. I was notified that afternoon it was the ECM and the part was in Denver. They got the part and it was fixed and test driven and I was notified the next day it was ready... Doug Miller and everyone at the dealership was just great!!! I would recommend there service to anyone!!! I also had to get a VIN verification for my 2002 Chevy S10 Doug handled that like we were best of friends.. Best experience I have ever had a any car dealership!!! More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation I went in for an oil change and got there at about 4:45pm and Doug got me in and out in really quick as there was no one waiting.
