Al Serra - Outstanding as usual. Doug handled my requests in a professional manner. This is a specially equipped handicap vehicle and Doug's concern saved me from a possible dead battery this winter. We've bought 4 new cars from this dealership in the past, and all maintenance and service has been performed by Al Serra. This will continue in the future. More

THIEVES AND SWINDLERS!!!!! What a shameful and HORRID experience!!!! To be told that Al Serra wanted to do a FULL ENGINE TEAR DOWN at $130.00 an hour and 13 hours of (per Joe) L What a shameful and HORRID experience!!!! To be told that Al Serra wanted to do a FULL ENGINE TEAR DOWN at $130.00 an hour and 13 hours of (per Joe) LABOR TIME = $1,690.00!!!! Because they believed the misfire in cylinder 1 was INTERNAL. I actually paid them to do an engine diagnosis and apparently they ONLY LOOK AT THE ENGINE, WITH NO REAL TESTING!!! OMG they did however tell me they checked my tires and brakes... RIDICULOUS!!! IF they were a reputable dealership they would have done ACTUAL TESTS!!!!! Long story short: the misfire in cylinder 1 was a SIMPLE FIX: REPLACE THE IGNITION COIL and the Tech at JJ TRACKS diagnosed that in 30 minutes!!! AND the ignition coil cost was ONLY $179.00! Wow!!!! I am truly appalled that this type of garbage goes on at a company I was ONCE so loyal to!!!! My Family will NEVER buy another SUV there again, nor will I EVER RETURN THERE FOR SERVICE!!!! YOU PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND SWINDLERS!!!!! FOUR times I requested to see a CHECK OFF LIST the Service Tech follows for a Customer requesting an engine diagnosis and yet I was ignored repeatedly until finally I called the GM and asked for a full refund. They actually told me THERE IS NO CHECK OFF LIST!!!! So apparently there is no accountability and no proof that they do anything at all other than stealing the public's money!!!! I am utterly disgusted with Al Serra South!!! Your Service Dept has really gone as far down hill as a service dept can get!!!!!!!!! Now When Julia Stubbs and Mickey S. Worked in the Service dept you guys WERE # One To me and my family!!! But that phenomenal service and relationship is NOW GONE!!! DONE!!! FINISHED!!!!! More

After work was preformed the first thing that I noticed was all the rodent trash was still covering the engine ware the work was preformed, you would expect for the 3700.00 dollar quote they would include 30 seconds with a air hose. I was charged 49.00 for shop supply's which we know was not cleaning supply's or the 4 missing fasteners they broke and never replaced but for 30" of electrical tape used instead of the required wire brading that covers the wiring. I contacted both the service manager along with the sales manager to be told we will get back with you in 30 min well its been 5 days and nothing.....................told rip off More
