I took my 2012 duramax i How do you go from a 5 star buying experience to a 2 star, service story changing doing repairs under their 30 day guarentee. I took my 2012 duramax in because it started blowing white smoke 3 days after I bought it. Upon testing it they said the DPF was bad and they agreed to fix it. Put it on order, called and had me bring it back to verify for Chevrolet and again verified that the DPF was bad. Was told my injectors were good and fuel delivery system was fine. Waited 2 weeks for the DPF filter to come in. When I dropped it off I was given a loaner. Nice touch. 3 days later I was told that they put the DPF filter on and that now I had 3 bad injectors, offered to fix that and offered to replace the other 5 at no labor, I just pay for the parts. So I agreed to the tune of $3500 so all the injectors would be replaced. Picked up my truck almost 2 weeks later. When I looked underneath I saw that the DPF filter had NEVER been touched. I confronted the service writer who told me they had reached it, and he went and got the Service manager right away. When I ask why the DPF filter had not been replaced, HE TOLD ME HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT. 4 weeks, meeting with the sales and other managers your telling me you know nothing about why my truck was in there in the first. I felt I got the run around excuses of well is it still smoking, check engine light on and so forth. They ordered the part had it there and then found a different problem. Bs I have been in the automotive field for 20 years am a licensed professional and am greatly disappointed by being lied to by their service writer and manager. He knew about it. And wasted my time and effort to buy a nice truck with warranties and a service contract. By the way their warranty does not cover mechanical injectors, I did not know that about the Duramax. Wish I had looked around more because now I feel I will have problems with the DPF filter soon enough and it won't be covered when it acts up Again. I hope they did the injectors right because supposedly they were fine before to!!! They also were to fix the Homelink transmitter. STILL DOESN'T WORK More

Before you buy the vehicle you’re a priority, once you sign the paperwork you’re pushed aside, A week later I ended up just going and getting the Jeep because it wasn’t done yet. I personally had to go to the service department to get my Jeep because the salesman wouldn’t even return my messages about me getting back my Jeep. Fast forward to today when I go to get my plates. And the paperwork isn’t even to the DMV yet. They literally had 60 days to get it sent over and decide to have it sent when my tags expired so I had to purchase a new set of temp tags to wait until my paperwork finds its way in. More

Tires Daughter bought a vehicle here in Feb. 2019 deployed 1 mo later, drove veh. to PA. put in storage until Aug. 2019 only put 4-5k miles on it. Had a state insp. done today said tires are not good should have never left lot with bad tires. Very disappointing this happened. Waiting on call to see inspection of tread depth while it was there. I expect Mike Maroone to stand behind the vehicles they sell and make things right, I understand mistakes happen and things get missed, but this should not have happened, I spoke directly to the sales person that was dealing with my daughter and told him exactly what expectations were, just feel as though you seen my daughter coming. I called in once before regarding warranty that was sold to daughter that was not needed or nessesary, was transfered twice and left a few messages no one ever returned my call, so I called finance company and they cancelled it. If no response this time I will make sure the military families I am associated with, know the concerns and lack there of, before they make a trip to this dealership. These men and women that come there to purchase vehicles many of who are active duty deserve more than this kind of behavior. More
Nick Manyik performed above & beyond my expectations. Someone crashed into my GMC truck. I took it to an independent body shop for an estimate, the estimator missed a lot of the damage to include that the Someone crashed into my GMC truck. Took it to Mike Maroone and Nick did an estimate and found all of the damage & more. They completed the repairs and I think they did an excellent job, truck looks great !!! Nick, I commend you and your team for the true professionals you are, and the outstanding performance you have displayed. You truly demonstrated the hallmarks of Mike Maroone Chevrolet. More

Mike Maroone south Terrible mechanics We bought a 2011 dodge truck from them. Before owning the truck for 60 days the check engine light came on. We took it in for them to check it out. They have it for half the day tell us some wires are broken and that’s the problem. So we have them replace the wires. $422.27 later we take it home check engine light comes back on. We park the truck over the weekend and get it back to them on Monday when they could get us in. Were told now the the engine module needs to be replaced that we have to take it to a dodge dealership. We call the dodge dealership before we pick up the truck make an appointment they are booked out until Friday. Take it in on Friday they have it for 2 hours and said nothing wrong with your engine module but you have seriously low oil! No oil is showing up on the dip stick. We had to put 4 quarts of oil in before it would show up on the dipstick. Plus we are also missing the elbow air piece to the engine to keep the engine cool. So we pay them $309. I call mike Maroone on Monday ask to speak with the service department manager i leave a message no call back. Call again on Wednesday and Thursday still no call backs left voicemails also spoke to another guy in the service department who said sales would be the one who would take care of this issue. ( I may be a girl, but I know sales has nothing to do with services on a vehicle) so I finally get to leave another voice mail for Aaron the service manager. Now I am beyond mad. I leave a message saying this was the last time and nicest voicemail I would leave I need him to stop ignoring me and call me back. Finally Friday at 6 pm he calls back. He wants to see my receipt for the dodge dealership. I bring it to them. Which clearly states NO OIL in truck. He calls back and says there is nothing they will do for us since they did an oil change for it. Even though I brought my truck to them 2 times and they missed the no oil twice! Changed some wires that didn’t even need to be changed. They charged me $422.27 and did nothing for us! The dodge dealership charged us $309 and fixed the problem it’s been almost 2 weeks still no issues! And Aaron said they didn’t need to put the airflow elbow piece on it didn’t need it. Obviously their Machanics and manager know nothing about cars! When he called me to tell me that there was nothing they would do for us he Conveniently couldn’t hear me. When I said so it’s ok your Machanics missed the issue twice and replaced wires that didn’t need replacing!?!? i wouldn’t trust these people with anything! When you pay $260 for a diagnostic and they can’t find a simple issue of the oil being to low. It’s ridiculous! More
Bad experience would not buy a vehical from here. Working over the phone with the dealership sence I'm out of state. For 3 days working out the deal. Have my financing everything was about done.
