False promises when we were on their lot last Saturday and then when it actually comes down to doing the deal, they say "oh...we can't do THAT". What a bunch of clowns these guys are! Just be honest and say you can't do it, don't string people along. More

The Reason Vehicle Dealers Have a Bad Reputation Horrible! This dealer is the epitome of what sorry, ruthless, non-integrity dealerships are about. Had the deal done for an "out the door total pric Horrible! This dealer is the epitome of what sorry, ruthless, non-integrity dealerships are about. Had the deal done for an "out the door total price" taxes included on a used vehicle over the phone, after the typical back and forth that is so stupid to begin with. Told them I would bring a check and pick it up. After an hour of signing stuff, had to go to finance to do all the rest of the paperwork. I wasn't financing the vehicle...paying cash. After another 30 minute wait to get into the office and another 30 minutes of signing all the crap the lady tells me that I would be responsible for the county tax fee. I said no, that's not the deal we made - I have an out the door price that was agreed upon, taxes included. She says let me go get the salesman. He comes in and says no we can't do that, and has the audacity to tell me the "typical" poor us dealership story of we are only making $150 on this vehicle, I can show you the paperwork. Uh huh...tell that to someone who'll believe it because I don't, I'm sure you can show me some false paperwork like all the rest. Typical scummy car dealership xxxxxxthat may work on some poor unsuspecting individuals. After about 3 minutes of him telling me how they weren't making any money and they had to replace the windshield, because it was broke, that they wouldn't be making any money and then another 1 minute of pure silence I picked up my checkbook and said that's fine sell it to someone else. The finance lady was looking in the window at this behind me...as soon as I stood up she rushes in there and says, I just spoke to my supervisor he said we can do the deal. I said if it can get done in the next 5 minutes and I can leave let's do it. After another 20 minutes of waiting for the salesman to go put gas in it, of which he put in about 2 gallons, enough to get me back across the road to the station to fill it up so I could drive home - he is putting the temp tag on the vehicle and apologizes to me, saying yeah I went back and looked at our texts and you were right on the price with taxes included. I said, that xxxx ain't cool...this is why you guys have a bad rep, where is the integrity and you doing what you said you'd do without trying to squeeze another couple hundred bucks out of people. He said, that's why I'm apologizing. I said, you knew the deal, you were trying to squeeze more out of me and it's not cool. Getting the windshield fixed was another debacle. The salesman put another salesman in charge of getting it lined up. I called and left messages with both of them, the general manager, the finance person, a service person and several others and never received a return phone call...from anyone. You can not get a hold of anyone in that place, unless you are buying...not after you already bought. Texted the original salesman and he said the other salesman is a slacker, that's why you haven't heard from him. I said well you have 30 days from when it was sold, he said oh it'll be done way before then. When their 30 day limit was on the last technical day I texted the original salesman to see if it was going to get handled and he eventually got it lined up. As a customer, who the xxxx wants to do business this way? Not me, I will never return. More

Poor Experience I recently purchased a 2001 Chevy Tahoe from their used lot. I understand the concept of as is no warranty however I expect some degree of check over I recently purchased a 2001 Chevy Tahoe from their used lot. I understand the concept of as is no warranty however I expect some degree of check over before they sell it. I have had it less than a month and I already am having issues with the ABS control module and need a new battery. To top it off when I bought it I was promised a full detail an a full tank of gas the following Saturday, when I brought it in for that the had to delay it a week. I brought it in the following week and left it for the detail, after 6 hours I went back to check on it not having received a call telling me it was done, and the sales person that had taken it in so that it could be detailed had left taking my keys with me. I had to wait until Monday to get it back. When I did get back they had taken my floor mats and had lost an after market fish eye mirror that I had put on. I did end up getting the full tank of gas though. More
