Tonight my husband Jon Ratzlaff and I purchased a new Tahoe RST Duramax. Myself and my two young children stopped in to look at the Tahoe and take it for a test drive, Michael Raab and Anavay Domiguez we Tahoe RST Duramax. Myself and my two young children stopped in to look at the Tahoe and take it for a test drive, Michael Raab and Anavay Domiguez were amazing. They we kind, knowledgeable and so patient with my kids. They took me through an entire tour of the vehicle and showed me everything I needed to know. They were able to answer every question we threw their way and not once did I feel pressured or forced to buy it. When we asked if we could think on it at dinner, it wasn’t a problem. We came back a couple hours later and they were very tentative and helped us with every concern. We will definitely be using both Michael and Anavay for our next major purchase! Absolutely incredible and we love the Tahoe!! More
Worst experience ever that i had buying a car from a dealership, this dealership has very bad customer service!!!! I went in to buy a car and got the car on a sat. Me and my husband went driving in the dealership, this dealership has very bad customer service!!!! I went in to buy a car and got the car on a sat. Me and my husband went driving in the car on sat to his feet getting entirely wet on his side from the air conditioner having a leak inside of the car and also the tire icon was on, i called on Monday they told me to bring it in on Tuesday i dropped off on Monday night and by 2pm on Tuesday did not hear from no one so i called for the service department to tell me that the salesman did not explain himself so they had no idea what was going on i called my salesmen and he said he was going back to check on it. Service department called said it would be done in awhile and if i didn't have ride they would bring it to me that never happened so i picked up car on Tuesday to the tire icon still being on i get in my car at 5am to go to work and i have a flat, my husband and his boss go in there on Wednesday and they tell him they will be here at 1pm to pick car up they did not get here till like 2pm so on Thursday heidi called and asked if it was customer expense i told her no she said she was going to talk with my salesmen at 3pm i heard nothing so i called heidi to tell me she didn't want to bother me but they approved it to get fixed, so im walking in the door to my home for the service department to call and ask me where the key is to the car for the tires how would i know haven't even got to enjoy the car yet, so me and my husband decide to go down there, when we get there my salesmen don't even know why i am there so did they even talk to him? For heidi to come out and not even hear our concerns to say "why don't you think about buying a different car if this one is going to give you problems" why would i spend more money or even think about a different car if im not happy with the customer service i was receiving, my husband was stating facts about if they did a inspection like they were suppose to we would not be going through this or if they had a loved one and something happened they would not be happy either she said she was going to step away from the conversation because he wanted to argue that was not the case he was stating facts, i am a manger myself and that is not how you handle customers, so then i got the car back on Thursday after they broke the lug nuts to 1 tire and left the rest how will i change the rest of the tires when its time, so i go to work on friday and my pressure was low i called Dan the manager and emailed him he never called or emailed me back until my husband and his boss went in yet again on friday finally i get ahold of him i told him my concerns he didn't say much then i go to leave work at 3pm and the same tire is flat i call Dan he said we will be there to pick it up and they will call me a uber i cancelled the uber found my own ride home , service center called and asked for a address where it was at and asked me to leave keys in car so i did and at 630pm i called to ask my employee if car was still there she stated yes so now my car been sitting there since 3pm with keys in it and unlocked so i tried calling Dan many times he would not answer my calls untill i called the front desk and told my concern to the lady at the front magically the tow truck called 10 minutes later and told me he was on his way then Dan decided to call me and tell me they were running behind and my car would be fixed on Saturday they call me at 9am on Saturday to come get my car i go on Saturday to get the car and Dan said he ordered lug nits for the car to make it pretty to find out when backing the car up first thing in the morning it squeals when i went to sign papers on Tuesday for them to give me a new person to finish my paperwork up i mentioned the squealing to the salesman and nothing is still done of it for the salesman to text me on Tuesday asking for updated insurance i asked about the lug nuts cause of haven't heard anything and he tells me there on back order through all this i received no apologies or even a car rental while it was in the shop all week long this place has no communication and no good customer service i would not recommend to anyone and i may have to get a lawyer involved if nothing is done about the squealing when you buy a car you are suppose to be excited and able to drive it i had neither of these experiences at this place hoping someone reaches out to me with my concerns to make this experience better Also Dan the manager needs to watch what he says at times never did i go in there with my husbands boss nor dis i ever mention his name for Dan to keep calling him my father i never corrected him but how is he coming up with this because im white and his boss is white and my husband is black? My father has been deceased for 11yrs now!!!!! This place needs some training!!!! Unhappy customer Andrea More
Tried to get windshield replaced on 2020 equinox. Have outside person come in, wont accept State Farms rates. Unbelievable!! Being an almost new vehicle, preferred to have it done through delearship. I took my new truck in for a basic oil change and it came out with a different problem that it NEVER had prior. They said it was over time well over time this has never happened until it went it to service, out with a different problem that it NEVER had prior.
