If you are interested in any of their vehicles I highly recommend working with Mike Pesci as he, and sales manager Joe Bratkovich, ultimately went above and beyond to ensure we received a great vehicle. Initially we had worked with Dave Chism and Nic Gailot via emails and telephone since we don’t live near the dealership; we put a deposit on a 2015 Kia Sedona that was listed as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, but after driving 210 miles (one way) to finalize the sale we found several issues with it including missing headrests and keys, plus it had 4,000 more miles on it than it was advertised at. Once we started working with Mike and Joe they communicated with us honestly and addressed all the issues with the Sedona, even arranging to deliver it to us (thank you, Pete!). Now that everything works and looks as it should, we are entirely satisfied with the purchase. More

Took my car there for a small recall item and an oil/filter change. Paid them $70 for a synthetic oil change. It was just a simple oil change so I didn't check it until a day later. I found out that they hadn't changed my oil or filter at all. In fact I think they took the little plastic door off the bottom of my car and never changed the oil, then never put the plastic door back on. I had to order a new one. They are 25 miles away from my home so I didn't even bother to argue this with the dealer. It would have been just a huge headache an another half day of work I'd have to take off. I'll look for another dealer and hope I get luckier. Before I even got my car back the service manager was pestering me about giving him a good service review. Little did I know. I fell for it hook line and sinker. I hope he won his vacation or whatever he was trying to win. My advice would be to take your car someplace else. More

Poor Service Department I took my Kia Sorrento in to be looked at because it was sluggish when pushing the gas. When we bought it we paid extra for the extended warranty. They couldn't find anything wrong with it, but wanted me to purchase an extensive oil change for $120.00 and Carbon removal for $199.00. I refused both of these. They still charged me $111.30 for doing absolutely NOTHING to my car. I will never be purchasing as extended warranty or another vehicle from this dealer ship. More

always trying to upsell overpriced "recommended" repairs every time we take our car in for an oil change or any service we are told (when they ask to speak to you privately) that they are "recommending" more every time we take our car in for an oil change or any service we are told (when they ask to speak to you privately) that they are "recommending" more services. Thankfully I know the difference between recommended and required. I also tell them they can do any service the warrant will pay for. Keeps the conversation short. Once I was told the cabin are filter needed to be replaced. I had that done at another repair shop when I had the 30K check-up done so it was not on their computer. When I told him that, he said his mechanics think it needed changed. I said fine. Remove the filter. let me see it, and if it looks dirty we'll replace it. If not, just put it back. He refused saying I would have to pay for the labor. Sometimes they are laughable...sometimes just so transparently greedy! More

I am happy I went to Mike Kelly Kia! I dealt with salesman Jeff Scott and he was very helpful with all my questions, and helped me make an informed decision on a Kia. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the Sportage, he answered questions before I asked them, he went over all aspects of the vehicle with me and made me feel comfortable, not pressured.
