I own a 2019 KIA Forte. I was notified by KIA of a recall. Called and made an appointment with service and offered to drop the car off the day before and pick it up after the service was done. After driving through a snowstorm I got there (after getting stuck in the parking lot) and was told KIA's system was down and I could leave it just in case it came back up by the next day. No one could be bothered to call BEFORE I drove 20 miles in a snow storm. 2 days later I was told the system was still down and I could pick up the car and they would call as soon as they had time to reschedule. That was 7 months ago. I am on my second notice. I replace my cars every 3 years and if this is the treatment I will get from service I don't see how I can justify purchasing it there. I would highly recommend Mike Kelly Kia if you are in the market for a new or used car. Our salesperson was Tawny. She was great! She was friendly and very helpful. I want to commend Laurel working in service for going above and beyond for me in my predicament. I had purchased an extended warranty (not from them) for a used Kia sedan. It was burning oil. I jumped above and beyond for me in my predicament. I had purchased an extended warranty (not from them) for a used Kia sedan. It was burning oil. I jumped through all the hoops required by the "Easy Care" warranty company including oil consumption test, oil compression test and finally having them tear the engine apart to document exactly where and how it was burning oil, only to have the company come back and tell us it could not be covered because of carbon on the pistons......carbon....its a combustion engine. I called them to appeal our case without success. I was beside myself and figured my only option, besides trying legal action, was to have them put the engine back together. Laurel went above and beyond by advocating for me with "Easy Care." They have reversed their decision and they will now pay for a refurbished engine to replace mine.I should also add that she had literally just taken over our "case" as the previous service rep had transferred to another department. I can't thank her enough for going the extra mile for me. I sincerely hope Mike Kelly Kia will reward and recognize her for excellence in customer service. More

Came in for a warranty issue, my car was looked at in the time frame they said it would. Denise also helped me get reimbursed for my tow bill. Took my Kia in for inspection and recall. Why schedule appointments and told the car would be ready by end of day. When in fact I called and left two messages near the end of the day. Here we are the next day still no call and no car. Wonder if these people realize people need there cars back when told they would get them by end of day. I will never take my vehicle to Kelly Kia again. More
I came across Mike Kelly Kia via a Facebook group. I've been searching for a Telluride for months with little luck. I exchanged texts with Chad Gibbons and he was constantly professional and reassuring that everything would be taken care of to the exact terms they were presenting to me. No bait and switch. When I went to pay for the Telluride, it ACTUALLY CAME OUT CHEAPER per month than originally quoted. Working with Mike Kelly Kia was a dream car buying experience. It was quick, honest, and well worth the $58 plane ticket from Orlando to PA. They even picked me up from the airport! After getting the Telluride, I'm convinced it's the perfect vehicle. After working with Mike Kelly, I'm convinced they are the perfect vehicle seller. Customer for life. More
I have purchased two new cars from Kelly's ..a 2018 Elantra and a 2020 Forte GT....I'm very pleased with my dealings with sales and the salesman Brent Grenci......just for the record both cars were bou Elantra and a 2020 Forte GT....I'm very pleased with my dealings with sales and the salesman Brent Grenci......just for the record both cars were bought from him.....service is pretty good could be a little lower on pricing.....75 dollars for oil change to me is but high...Lisa in service I'm very pleased with...but again all in not a bad dealership. Go Elsewhere! When I write a company review I try to start with the positives. At Mike Kelly Kia, there are very few. Dennis in the service department is great and very attentive to customer needs, and Jordan that schedules customer needs is also great. These are the only positives that I can say about the dealership. I have bought two cars now from the dealership and the whole experience has been less than stellar! When you buy a vehicle from Kelly Kia, you will receive a ton of calls from their sales managers who want to “thank you” for visiting, looking, whatever. When you have a problem, no calls back at all. I was recently at the dealership and they damaged my Kia Soul’s passenger side front tire. When I called, sent pictures, etc….they REFUSED to call me back. I left several messages with the service manager that never called me back. I called and asked for a general manager and he never calls me back! The truth is when they want you to buy something, they will never leave you alone, but when there’s an issue….NO ONE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU!!! The only time I will return to the dealership is for my free inspections for life. I’m very happy to take my business elsewhere! Buyer beware! In all fairness I have done a lot of business with this company. Spent over $40,000 with them, and still treated like rubbish! More
Mike Pesci I received an email regarding my lease options on my Elantra. Mike Pesci sold me the Elantra in 2015. I truly enjoyed the car. However in the winter m I received an email regarding my lease options on my Elantra. Mike Pesci sold me the Elantra in 2015. I truly enjoyed the car. However in the winter months the car didn't handle as well. I was happy to see Mike again since I was hoping to look at small SUV's. I drove a couple and we looked at a couple more. I decided on the Kia Sportage. We worked out a deal and Mike went the extra mile to help clean out my Elantra and also clean off my old license plate and the 15 years of old registration stickers! It's been a pleasure working with Mike. More
