The Non-Warranty Warranty My Kia is a 2011 Sorento and it is simply beginning to fall apart. The extended warranty I purchased with the vehicle apparently doesnt cover any that would be considered bumper to bumper. I guess its silly to think that dorr handles and link pins fell somewhere between the two bumpers. Not to mention that by 54,000 miles the motor had to be replaced because the main bearing spun. Thank goodness I was under 60,000 because I am certain that wouldn't have been covered either. I am disappointed in the service or desire to help that I have received from my dealership, I also feel Kia advertises an incredible product with an incredible warranty and extended warranty. They simply do not deliver. I was a big promoter of the brand for the first two years of my experience . Now I am a detractor and cannot wait to share my poor experience with all who I come in contact with. I don't really think I can express how disappointed I truly am with Kia as a whole. I realize the dealership is governed by Kia so they can only be held accountable for so much of my poor experience. In short I am happy to say by next summer I will never have to deal with Kia again. Ridiculous!!! More

We had to drive 45 minutes and take time off work to drive to MIke Kelly Kia to ride with them in the car to PROVE to the serviceman that there was a problem!! When they had no argument and had no choice but to look because we were there, they did finally acknowledge the problem and fix it. I would not have bought a kia if i would have know it was going to be so difficult to use the warranty. I would not recommend Mike kelly Kia. More
They hold cars to people they deemed more important than the masses. Specifically, I was shocked that they would not sell me a car because a client that buys cars "all the time" and a former Steeler wanted the masses. Kelly Kia fixed the price after it was agreed on. The over all price of my optima ended up about $5000 more than it should have. I know I should have read the financial contract better, but I mistakenly trusted the dealer. The price on the window was about 17,500. After the rebate and my trade in it should have been about 13,000. The greedy $*@#)$ added my rebate, discounts, and my trade in onto the window price which resulted in me paying more than the listed sticker price. They are aware that I got screwed but no one has been man enough to admit it. I have the email from Brandon and the voice mail from Aaron. Just second rate dealership. More
