Terrible Service Awful service. Had my wife's car for over 8 working days for an AC issue. Terrible communication about car status, never offered loaner, never fixed Awful service. Charged $1,300 for repair that didn't fix the issue then told that another $900 repair was needed. Conveniently did not have the old parts that were replaced to see if they actually were defective. Quality Service I was traveling from Maine to Georgia and back with my F250 Super Duty to tend to family matters. Along the way, I began to experience brake issues. I was traveling from Maine to Georgia and back with my F250 Super Duty to tend to family matters. Along the way, I began to experience brake issues. I managed to arrive at my destination and fix the front brakes myself, but the problems continued with the rear brakes. I brought my truck to Fitzpatrick Ford for diagnosis and repair on a Wednesday and they completed the repair the next day. My only cavil was that I had to wait for parts. Their service work was complete and thorough and I trusted the repair enough to drive the truck and tow a car back to Maine safely. Ferdinand Figueroa was my service adviser and I cannot say enough about his professionalism. He was a very busy man, but he was polite and courteous and very attentive to my need to travel a long distance safely. I also used the shuttle service to get back and forth to Fitzpatrick Ford while the repair was being done. "Buck" was the driver and he was prompt, professional, courteous and polite. More
Staff unfriendly and demeaning We went to get a part, asked some of the guys in uniform. Charlie has gone above and beyond every time I have needed any service done. This man is the kind of employee that makes or breaks a business and the reason I believe for many of your repeat customers. Jason Gale met us in the parking lot on his way leaving due to the weather. He could have easily said "Come back tomorrow" but instead he asked what we were looking for and price range and we told him and literally someone that day had just upgraded and that car met all our requests. He texted me the next day with the specifics, we then test drove it and we loved it. He was very patient with us and our kids. By the end of the process we felt like family with him. He spent a great deal of time with us and was able to help negotiate the out the door cost. Mike Jr. was fantastic and very patient with my son. We just can't say enough good things about Mike Fitzpatrick. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. Thank you for renewing our faith in honest car dealerships. More

We came in on the way to a ball game just to check out an Edge and an Explorer. Jason Gale helped us out tremendously. We test drove an Edge and looked at the features of both.
