I had recently gone through a bad experience through another dealer and when I was just about to give up on finding what I was looking for as well as interaction with a "good" salesman; I happen to rec another dealer and when I was just about to give up on finding what I was looking for as well as interaction with a "good" salesman; I happen to receive a call from Jason Gale. After speaking with Jason and sharing my experience from a recent car dealer visit ( different location) he gave me confidence that he would work with my situation and stand out above what I had previously encountered. Words cannot describe the gratitude and tremendous respect I have for this fine Automobile Salesman and just all-around honest guy. My wife and I worked with Jason for months leading up to the point it was finally time to make a purchase of a new vehicle. Jason kept us updated when inventory came in that met our criteria, but we were in no hurry. Finally we HAD to pull the trigger, and unfortunately Jason did not have the inventory in stock to meet our needs. He took the time to capture several videos on vehicles that he thought would be a good fit. He knew we wanted to purchase a very specific vehicle he was not expecting in and ultimately referred us to a trusted dealership elsewhere to purchase our dream car (that they just so happened to have in stock). This is the ultimate in character. Jason knew he was going to lose the sale, but put my wife and I first knowing our needs came first even if it meant he couldn't help us further. Because of this I will ALWAYS go to Jason Gale first when it comes time to purchase another vehicle (shortly!). Jason, thanks again. You deserve greatness in this business. One of a kind! More
I purchased a 2002 used F150. I had it off the lot for an hour and the battery was going dead because it was not charging. Luckily the dealer was still open and I drove it back running on what was left of th hour and the battery was going dead because it was not charging. Luckily the dealer was still open and I drove it back running on what was left of the battery. I told them the alternator was not charging and the battery was dead. I left the truck overnight since it was closing time. The next day I was told it was just the battery. I was skeptical so I brought a volt meter with me and asked if I could check the charging system. With the meter I proved the alternator was not charging the battery. I left the truck and was later told that the alternator was in fact bad and would be replaced. All-in-all, I was pleased that they stood behind the used vehicle and replaced the alternator and battery. Was it an honest mistake, I don't know? It was pretty obvious to me that the alternator was not charging(12.6 volts before starting and 12.3 volts after starting)running off the battery. Where they hoping the replacement battery would last long enough to void any responsibility on their part? I will never know. The only other problem is an oil leak that they offered to correct at a reduced labor cost. I declined and will fix it myself. Again, in the end, I am satisfied with the truck. More
