The truck I was looking at was a 2009 F250 with 118k miles and all the must-haves I mentioned. It was initially over my budget but we came to a very fair price and I drove it away! I brought my 2018 Ford fiesta to service. I have 100,000 mile warranty or seven years whichever comes first. Transmission was diagnosed as needs replaced. I have $100 deductible but now they I have 100,000 mile warranty or seven years whichever comes first. Transmission was diagnosed as needs replaced. I have $100 deductible but now they are saying they have to tear the transmission apart to find out why it failed, and if they think it was my fault, I Have to give them over $1000 for them to put it back together, which is a matter of opinion . My warranty papers does not state anything like that. why would I want to damage my own car and not have nothing to drive. I hope Ford dealership makes the right decision and honor my warranty More
