Outstanding service I took my 16 F-250 ccsb in for oil change and service. I mentioned to Nathan the service adviser that my ac was making a noise I hadn't heard before. When I picked my truck up he had diagnosed the problem with the ac serviced the truck and informed me he could have the part/ ac compressor the next day and have it installed and out the door on the same day. Once again they did just what they said they would do. Prompt, Professional Service! Great job Midwest Ford and a big thank you to Nathan for taking care of my truck for me. I'll be bringing my truck back here for any work I may need in the future. More

No customer service after the appointment So I didn't get the discount I was told I was getting. And then was supposed to get a tire fixed when they found a nail.
