Failed to do the service requested the first time Called in for an oil change and an air bag recall. After I received the call it was completed and I went back to get my car, the oil change had not been completed. I had to come back a second time to pick up my car. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did give me a $10 discount, but still only 2 stars because it still cost $45 for a simple oil change. More

Made it sound like the car was dangerous to drive. Quoted a price of around 350 to do the work. I took the car to a shop owned by a family member to have the brakes replaced. He told me that the brakes were fine, and that the brake pads still had about 80% left. I will never take any of my vehicles back there, nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from them. I bought 3 Toyota vehicles from them in the past, but never again! More

My service goes as planned, I am kept informed of progress, new problems if any and future items I should keep an eye out for. Communication and education to protect my investment are always key elements and I am never oversold by the stereotypical salesman or service person. I have the greatest confidence in the service team to do their best work, give their best advice, and guide me to keep my 2015 Toyota Highlander running as if it’s new. I have great appreciation for their honesty, hard work and efficiency. Time after time I see exactly the same personnel and have built a great rapport so that I believe they are working to help me make best choices in maintaining the vehicle I purchased from them. I like to drive a car into the 350,000.400,000 mi range, before buying something new, but I also want it to “drive like new” for every one of those miles. Midwest helps me reach my goal! More

Outstanding service I took my 16 F-250 ccsb in for oil change and service. I mentioned to Nathan the service adviser that my ac was making a noise I hadn't heard before. I took my 16 F-250 ccsb in for oil change and service. I mentioned to Nathan the service adviser that my ac was making a noise I hadn't heard before. When I picked my truck up he had diagnosed the problem with the ac serviced the truck and informed me he could have the part/ ac compressor the next day and have it installed and out the door on the same day. Once again they did just what they said they would do. Prompt, Professional Service! Great job Midwest Ford and a big thank you to Nathan for taking care of my truck for me. I'll be bringing my truck back here for any work I may need in the future. More
