I took the car in because the yellow light came on on the dash. I was told it was some engine trouble. Couldn't leave but given an appointment. Your service advisor, Jim Turner, is disrespectful and rude when dealing with him! He chewed me out for not knowing what an option was on a car, when I brought it in for a weird noise tat I thought it was rude when dealing with him! If my brand, new vehicle (2020 Rav4) wasn't under warranty, I would go to my own mechanic! Chris, who handles the final paperwork, was rude after I got some bad initial information from the loan officer at my financial. When he had me come in to resign a new contract, he rudely said, "I tried to tell you the other day what the interest rate was!" I was only going by the info I got from my loan officer when I was dealing with him the first time. Jade was excellent to deal with, was respectful, and attentive. She was the only one that approached me when I was in the Showroom after I was returning from the lot to the Waiting Room. In the future, we will probably take our business to another Toyota dealership in order to purchase another new car! After buying brand, new car, I should've been treated better than I was! The only reason I'm going to use your Service Department, is it is local, Andi don't have the time to take it to Wichita! I hope you could find it a way to deal with what I have depicted to you! In the future, with the negatives that I have wrote about, I hope to be treated with dignity and respect! If not, I will be asking for a supervisor on the spot! More

Great place to buy a vehicle; attentive sales staff (knowledgeable but not pushy) and the service/maintenance people are most accommodating with our schedules. The salesman was very friendly and was not pushy to get the sale. I felt like he wanted me to get the right car for me not the car that would give him the biggest commission.
