I did not like the fact that I asked the sales guy if my payment went through as it was not showing up on my banking app, he responded “oh yeah it’s fine, it takes a couple days to show up.” The next day I payment went through as it was not showing up on my banking app, he responded “oh yeah it’s fine, it takes a couple days to show up.” The next day I had several missed calls of people from Kia trying to get my down payment saying it wasn’t processed. I already told the sales man this, and it caused an inconvenience in my life as I work at the jail and can not be on my phone when I’m at work! He should have looked into the situation when I was there like I asked! More

Having a check engine light come on in the middle no where, I was greatful to know 30 miles away was a dealership that was nothing but professional. My service advisor explained everything to me, they where, I was greatful to know 30 miles away was a dealership that was nothing but professional. My service advisor explained everything to me, they said it would be a couple hours and I was on the road. Thank the Lord !! It was Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend.
