Schedule an oil change with service department. Once completed the Service representative reviewed with me needed repairs. Printed a copy for me to review with husband. On May 12,2025 I returned to the service department to complete all repairs and left the vehicle. I was anticipating an overnight stay for the vehicle. Patrick Conaway was the service representative on both visits. He kept me informed on everything they would be completing and the time frame. To my surprise the vehicle was completed in record time and was able to pick vehicle later that day. Thanks to Patrick and the mechanic David Neeley. More

I made an appointment for a few recalls, plus a brake issue. Recall parts had to be ordered yet the shop was aware of my appointment. Parts should have been ordered before the car was scheduled. The brakes were repaired without approval. No phone calls to update me on the progress of the repairs. I’ve been using your service since 2015, the shop has reached an all time low. Not sure what has happened, but hopefully it will get better. More
