First they told me they didn't have my vehicle. I call about every day after the two weeks they told me because they said they couldn't work on my vehicle for 2 weeks. James was very informative and worked me in when I called. He came out to the waiting area to make sure I found the coffee and etc. after about an hour he came to let me know it was going to be about called. That's very considerate beings he made sure I was aware it may be about 2-2.5 hours for my service before I came in. I have a repair coming and he made sure he had all costs and information ready for me when he discussed and was able to answer all my questions.i have worked with James before and I always appreciate his professionalism and courtesy.
