They lost my car and car keys. They tried to give me someone else's car and car keys. They told me a new set of keys was being overnighted. I sat at home Saturday waiting so I could get my car back. Then called Monday to say they found the keys Saturday but no one bothered to tell me. My keys look like they were run over . Broken part on key fob, 1 missing key and 2 missing key tags. I spoke to Sam in person Tuesday and he never called me back. I spoke to Sam Monday and he never called me back . I called the dealership Saturday- no manager /no one called me back. Terrible customer service. More
