It took 8 months to fix my vehicle and replace the engine under the power train warranty. At any given point they would always say that my car would be ready in about a week. I am very unsatisfied with the service. My radio has been inadequate since I bought my car a year ago, it was in my contract for it to be fixed! It literally was a recall for an update. Whoever did it didn't finish it so I've been getting a pop up on my radio every time and my CarPlay doesn't work. I don't have time to leave my car as I don't have another to get to and from work. My husband brought it in for me and was told bc it was a Monday you couldn't fix my radio. Obsurd! You don't care enough about your loyal clients to just do something to make it right? More
