I took my car in for a detail, received a free one from my survey. When explained, this detail would entail roughly 4-5 hours of cleaning and my car would be spotless.. 2.5 hours after drop off I get a cal my survey. I have 3 kids, it wasn’t awful but things needed cleaned. My driver side mat was dirty with foot prints. My Interior was dusty and finger prints still everywhere. Not sure what they consider a good detail but I wasted my time, luckily it was free. More
