You are a joke that doesn’t take care of your customers. I have major regrets from buying a Kia. My check engine light came on 2 weeks ago. I have a bad sylinoid in my motor and still having to drive my car when it is not working properly. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, but. ..we sat in the lobby for almost 2 hours waiting to talk to financing, and when she came out, she was surprised that we were sitting there. We showed up at 9 am on a Saturday and did not leave there until 12:30. I was incredibly disappointed when I picked up my new/used car to take home. The washer fluid tank was empty, and I had to vacuum it/Armor All it myself. It was not a positive experience. More
I had left my car at the dealership for close to three weeks, the only work they managed to complete was an oil change and changing out the wiper blades. Three or four mechanics signed onto the work order weeks, the only work they managed to complete was an oil change and changing out the wiper blades. Three or four mechanics signed onto the work order but nothing that was of concern has even been started. When I arrived to pick up my car, the service manager was clueless as to the status of my car or even its location. It took close to an hour for him to figure anything out. I will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They do not follow up with customers, stop returning calls, emails and any contact ceases when presented with an issue. Bought a car in September of 2022. A button was missing from the console and we waited almost a month to get it replaced. Also, they tacked on some LoJack nonsense charge and it doesn’t work. We’ve called to fix it, say they’ll get back with us, and nothing happens. LoJack has contacted the dealership with an open case and they don’t reply to them either. Management is awful. Service is awful. This place is the absolute worst car dealership in Oklahoma. More
