I bought the car on the 12 of Aug and it broke down about 2 miles down the road. Its now the 21st to wait for it to get fixed. The after-sale crap about requiring my bank statements was ridiculous. They asked for “proof of income”, and then demanded to see how I spent all my income. Not the same! Not going to happen. The staff at midtown Kia were absolutely amazing. They took great care of me by replacing two tires quickly so that we could surprise our daughter with a new to her jeep Cherokee for her birthday. They are not good about staying in contact with their customers. They had my car for six weeks and I had a real hard time finding out what was going on.
