Can't get a hold of anyone because they don't answer the phones. Had my car for 7 months and got nothing accomplished other than to tell me the cost is on me. MidTown did a good job on my 2014 Sorento when the radio head failed. Figuring out ŵhat was wrong electronically took a lot of effort. Like all things Kia, it was expensive. The general sales manager attempted to deceive me and was dishonest. He tried to convince me that accessories that were special ordered were installed, when they weren’t. The previous sales manager who was dishonest. He tried to convince me that accessories that were special ordered were installed, when they weren’t. The previous sales manager who was fired never ordered them. He also told me I had to make 3 payments on it before I could pay it off…the finance person notified me that I didn’t have to but it would prevent them from being charged. There were also 4 scratches on the vehicle…it was special ordered and came wrapped in plastic! So the scratches took place within 24 hours of them receiving the car. More
