I called Midtown Kia & Melissa answered my call! I told her that I wanted a new Kia Soul & told her what I wanted, color wise inside & out! She took pics & sent them to me & just like that our deal I told her that I wanted a new Kia Soul & told her what I wanted, color wise inside & out! She took pics & sent them to me & just like that our deal was done! This little Soul was still wrapped in plastic & it was built for me! I could not have had a better salesperson if I had hand picked her myself! As for the rest of staff @ Midtown Kia, everyone was fantastic! They even delivered my car to me in Claremore for which I am grateful! I certainly appreciate everyone who was involved in my transaction with Midtown Kia! More

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not care about customer, they care about the money. Had our car for two weeks for recalls and added “recommended services” costi experienced. They do not care about customer, they care about the money. Had our car for two weeks for recalls and added “recommended services” costing over $1,500. Then 2 weeks later is started acting up. They had it again for a week for something they “didn't cause” totally separate from anything they worked on prior and cost another $400. Will NEVER be back for any reason ever again. I will tell anyone who listens to not do business there. Horrible experience both times. More
