I called ahead and let them know the problem with my brakes was that the vehicle would vibrate badly every time I used the brake. I also explained I did not know the cause of the violent vibrations and brakes was that the vehicle would vibrate badly every time I used the brake. I also explained I did not know the cause of the violent vibrations and I expected they would need to perform a brake inspection to find out. I had an appointment several days in advance. I arrived on time, checked my vehicle into the service personnel, and an hour later was told my brake pads were fine with no issues found. I had to explain again that the issue was the horrible vibration each time I braked. The technician immediately knew the issue, that my rotors needed to be rotated, but it seemed that I was put in the back of the service line at that point. Two and a half more hours go by before I’m able to leave with my vehicle, and this was after I scheduled an appointment several days in advance. What was the point of the appointment in the first place? The customer service as well as the work on my car was fantastic, but I was very disappointed with the wait. More

We had a really bad experience with the service department. They did not communicate with us well about the status of our vehicle and did not provide us with a rental car while our new brand new Sp department. They did not communicate with us well about the status of our vehicle and did not provide us with a rental car while our new brand new Sportage was being serviced, yet they rented our car out to other people while it was in the shop the several months it was there before Kia bought back our vehicle. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone. More
