Honestly don’t think y’all want me to write a review but my experience has been so terrible from the start I just can’t even believe it. First my engine stops working due to a recall issue (so bad quality m my experience has been so terrible from the start I just can’t even believe it. First my engine stops working due to a recall issue (so bad quality manufacturing), then I’m told it’s not covered under warranty because i was not the original owner. Whatever. I was going to eat that. So instead of getting a new engine that would have been $6,000-$7,000 I’m told that the engines are on back order so they have to rebuild my whole engine for $15,000. Yes. A whole new car payment for a new engine rebuild. Then I was lied to repeatedly about when the car would be done. I live in TX so my car was left in Oklahoma where it broke down. I paid for travel back as i was told my car would be done Wednesday at the latest. It was not Wednesday. They proceeded to lie for the next few days and it was finally done Friday by end of business. That wasn’t the worst part. so now i was stuck paying for a weeks worth of travel due to bad communication. When i finally get my car and drive it off the lot, i only get 2 MILES DOWN THE ROAD BEFORE A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT APPEARS AGAIN. I just spent $15,000 for this to be rebuilt! Why is this happening? They finally give me average customer service and send me home in a loaner while they continue to work on my car but not before my advisor told me that STEPS WERE SKIPPED WHEN FIXING MY ENGINE?? Excuse me? Steps were skipped? That could of cost me MY LIFE. The next week rolls by and my car is supposedly fully fixed no issues. They drop my car off to me on Wednesday and not even 2 DAYS LATER AND I GET ANOTHER CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!!!!! Now I’m being told that I’ll have to pay for a diagnosis and if there’s something wrong just send them the invoice and they can see what they can do?? Are you kidding me??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY? This is the service you give people for $15,000 when it was YOUR BAD QUALITY MANUFACTURING TO BEGIN WITH??! I am shocked and appalled that this is how this company treats its customers. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER KIA AGAIN AND ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME HAS NOW BEEN LEFT A BAD TASTE IN THEIR MOUTH WITH KIA. This is your reputation we’re talking about and it’s GARBAGE. I will continue to share my story any time i see or hear someone mention Kia. They should all be warned that this is a company full of SCAMMERS! I will be following with legal action if this is not taken care of properly and QUICKLY. More
I liked working with my car dealer that I picked car out with but didn't have a positive experience with dealership. When I put money down 7.15 on a car I was told would be delivered 9.12, this car disappea with but didn't have a positive experience with dealership. When I put money down 7.15 on a car I was told would be delivered 9.12, this car disappeared. I only knew there was an issue because I had left a few messages with financing department because dealership wanted me to finance. When I was finally able to get them on phone they said there was no car 9.12. I was never given an explanation other than there was never a car to begin with. I was made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I wouldn't have put $500 down for no reason. Was never given an apology for anything. It was unpleasant and very frustrating. I ended up just having to start over in finding a car. It luckily wasn't much longer and I love the car but the whole situation should have been handled differently and I should have had better customer service by the dealership. Buying a new car is a big purchase for people. More
