It took 8 months to fix my vehicle and replace the engine under the power train warranty. At any given point they would always say that my car would be ready in about a week. I am very unsatisfied with the service. My radio has been inadequate since I bought my car a year ago, it was in my contract for it to be fixed! It literally was a recall for an update.
