Well, bad experience started when I pulled up and sat for about 20 mins before anyone came out, I specifically had declined additional work because I was short in time but they did it anyway- an hour and 1/2 about 20 mins before anyone came out, I specifically had declined additional work because I was short in time but they did it anyway- an hour and 1/2 later I checked and they said my car was “in the cleaning line”. 20 mins later they brought it out and 1) not clean- windows still had road dust on them, 2) smelled like cigarette smoke! Overall- not good. More

Even though I made an appointment the wait is always hours. Unneeded recommendations were made now that my extended service plan has expired. I won't be returning now that it has.
