Scheduler said there was a part available. She did not give me an istallation quote. However, when I drove 200+ miles to have receiver and harness installed, I was told the receiver you had wa She did not give me an istallation quote. However, when I drove 200+ miles to have receiver and harness installed, I was told the receiver you had was reserved by another customer. Fortunarely your service folks located a receiver and harness from other dealers so the work could be performed in one day. Thank you. More

It took over 3 days to diagnose the warning lights on my dash and detail my Kia Sportage. No work was actually done except for the detail.
