They said my reason for coming in was under warranty then I had them check the rear and then it's ' not warranty ' now.. worse customer service More

I took my car because the auto hold and EPB lights were on . They checked it after 1 hr they said it would be under warranty to replace the electronic parking brake actuator on the front passenger. Original reason was for the rear passenger side and they said the front so I told the guy Mike if they seen the rear he said no he called the tech then after about 30 mins of them taking my car again to the shop bays he came back and said it wasn’t under warranty and that it would be $1500 to replace. It went from being under warranty to not being under warranty. Never had a dealership done that to me. It was pretty disturbing. I didn’t break or run anything over so the auto hold and EPB light being on should be a factory defect . Like I said it was the worse experience
