had brought me kia sportage in earlier in the week (on the 15th). i was told my connection was bad and that they cleaned the part and that everything was back up to par. once i had received my car the cod the 15th). i was told my connection was bad and that they cleaned the part and that everything was back up to par. once i had received my car the code reader was still attached to my vehicle. that same day my check engine light came back on. i called the dealership and was told i would be top priority come thursday morning (19th). my car was in the shop all day and i had to call multiple times to speak to the advisor. once i finally got a hold of them they had told me that their system was down and that the technician didn’t want to stay to get it up and running. i did not feel like a priority by any means. very unhappy with my service.
