I wasn't expecting to get into a new car but the one I was able to test out is definitely something I would invest in. Alyssa definitely sold me on the features. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to access my check stubs which led me to discover we were possibly being furloughed in a couple weeks which is why I had no access to my platform for income verification. Once I mentioned this to the bank they denied the loan obviously. Kord was extremely pushy when it came to closing even AFTER he knew about the furlough he continued to run my credit for another bank opportunity and demanded check stubs so he could push the deal anyways. Alyssa went from super helpful and sweet to extremely uninterested and nonchalant when I came back to get my trade in vehicle. It sucks that integrity and courtesy go out the window for a commission check. Not one “Sorry to hear that” “Come back and see us” nothing. Not saying they care that much but at least try to be transparent. It’s not just a contract these cars are big investments. I will be back to get a vehicle but would definitely be choosing a different location or a different dealership in general next time with more stand up reps. But the car gets a 100000000/10. Love it!! More
