The sales part was good. Ed was amazing. Anything after that was subpar. I bought my truck 14 Jan. First, my trade in documents was apparently incorrect due to change in last name. I did mention multiple times prior to and when I was signing the documents that I got married and recently changed my last name. All my paperwork are all under my maiden name. I asked if that’s going to be a problem or if I need to do anything special. They eventually had to mail a packet to fix it but it didn’t have any specific instructions with it. I had to redo it one more time but that was me taking initiative and driving 20-30 mins to drop off the paperwork and get the issue resolved. Second is my registration. I still haven’t received my registration. I finally called a month later to get a status. I was told it is because of my last name again which I initially made them aware prior to buying the truck. That same day, I went to the DMV and got it fixed per their instructions. I called back but the agent who was in charge of title wasn’t there anymore. The agent who picked up the phone wrote my name and number and told me that they will call back. A week later, no call backs so I assumed everything was good to go but still no registration. I guess the assumption was wrong on my part. I called again and was told that nobody told her that I called. She said she will get it fixed tomorrow and if I can come by and pick up the registration. I was hoping that it will get mailed but I guess it’s better for me to pick it up since I’m moving out very soon. I was hoping that the dealership will inform me of any issues or concerns regarding the purchase, process, and registration of my vehicle. I had to multiple times reach out. I helped my father buy a truck through another Toyota dealership. This is a night and day difference between the two. I left that dealership wishing I bought my truck there. This is not to be mean or anything. Just pure honesty. With the move and my job, these are the headaches I wasn’t expecting to have. More
