Everything was great except the $2000+/- of add-ons I was forced to purchase. They even charged me for a pinstripe that I didn’t want and wasn’t on the vehicle when the vehicle was secured from a partner dea forced to purchase. If I could give them a “0” I would! I have purchased 2 preowned vehicles from Dick Dyer Toyota within the last 6 mo. One, bought cash, the other financed! Went to the DMV to check and the nice lady told me the vehicle is still in the old owners name. The dealer has not done their paperwork and now I have to go back. I went back to the dealer they “tried” to get a plate they said they would call me and I have not heard from them since - it’s been two days. I’ve called and left messages for the sales manager he emailed and told me to call him I left one voicemail and a message with the operator and nobody has called me back. The problem, is if I have an accident in the car the owner is responsible who’s ever name it’s registered in. THEY DON’T CARE. They will care when I report them to the DMV. More
