Never in my life have I had a dealership do so much for me or treat me so well. I have dealt with Dick Dyer before they moved, for a lease and a Purchase, and though I was treated well enough to return, i me or treat me so well. We bought a 2010 Scion xd. This dealership was great to do business with and had the best car pricing and inventory. Our salesman, Steve, was very knowledgable and thorough. We have bought several new cars and David Nudleman was by far the best salesman we have worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable and worked diligently to meet our needs. We were looking for a "forever car" for my wife but unfortumstely the toyota line-up did not fit due to headroom constraints. We liked the 4-runner alot but the headroom issue prevented purchase. On the plus side did purchase a Tundra to replace my Dodge truck. The service and delivery were excellent. David also made some recomendations of other vehicles that would meet our needs. I highly recommend anyone looking for a toyota product to ask for David, he is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable salesperson we have ever dealt with. More
Having bought many cars over my lifetime of almost 50 years I can definitely state that this purchase was the most satisfying. Charlie Briffitt was very knowledgeable about the two vehicles in which I wa years I can definitely state that this purchase was the most satisfying. Charlie Briffitt was very knowledgeable about the two vehicles in which I was interested (Corolla, Yaris). He was not a "Pressure" salesman as I have encountered in the past and seemed like he genuinely wanted to find the "right" car for my needs. He was patient with all of my questions and answered them quickly and efficiently. I wish there were more salesmen of his calibre. Gary Armstrong handled the financial side for me and explained everything in detail. He took the time to answer all my questions and did not rush through the process. Scott Stone was very kind and courteous in helping get all the details together and assuring we were pleased with our car and service. I have and will recommend Dick Dyer to all my friends. I am giving this rating because I want other consumers to know that there is a Toyota dealer in the greater Columbia area that is worth working with. Selection They had the vehicle we wanted, which in today's market is not necessarily a given. They had more vehicles on the lot than other dealers we have visited recently. Courtesy Excellent and very customer oriented. Price Usually you hear "We'll do what it takes" and find out shortly thereafter that the statement was not sincere. There was significant back and forth on terms and price, and after a while I knew that we would eventually get to where both sides would have a deal each could accept. They didn't try to "move" the money around and get me to a payment. They allowed me to define my terms without trying to poormouth. Overall I consider myself a pretty savvy consumer, and Dick Dyer did not try to get me turned around and doubting my decision making. I think this is key to why we purchased today. More

Mr. Risher was very professional,customer service oriented, cordial, polite, had great conversation skills with a high level of energy, established trust and always presented a wonderful smile. Dennis was very articulate and very knowledgeable about the Toyota products. He asked me questions and listened to my responses, asking what I was interested in,and presented me with the proper vehicle. Dennis made the buying experience more tolerable. Dennis took the effort to put me in the correct vehicle, show me all the bells and whistles, discussed pros and cons, strengths and weaknesses, and how Toyota compares to the competition. His Attention to detail was phenomenal, Followed up timely, answered questions and provided me with honest answers. Dennis provided me with a tour of the facility and introduced me to other key personnel. His attitude and attention to detail made me feel very comfortable with my decision to do business with Dick Dyer Toyota. I felt he was honest with me, If he did not know an answer, he would say so, and find out for me. I felt He did not mislead or promise anything he couldn't deliver.
