After two long days of visiting various dealerships and test driving a number of cars our experience ended in complete satisfaction after visiting Dick Dyer Toyota. Our Sales Professional (Craig Smith) and his Manager(Chris Cagno)provided the best shopping experience possible and were able to put us in a new 2012 Camry for our trip home. As consumers, my wife and I clearly were set on selecting the best car available at the best price; for us. Though we had narrowed our choices to either a new Camry or Honda Accord and were very satisfied with the final bottom line price on both, the exceptional service rendered by Craig and Chris along with the outstanding warranty were the deciding factors in our choice. The Dick Dyer dealership clearly has a far greater selection of cars to chose from than others that we visited and again Great Customer Service and Price to go along with it. Save your time and money by starting your car shopping experience at Dick Dyer and asking for Craig. I sure wish someone had told me before I started shopping because I'd sure like to have those two days of my life back!! More

However, on the few occasions I have discussed sales, I have been most impressed with the knowledge, candor and professionalism of the salespersons and service managers. If I was not happy with any work performed they always worked with me to resolve any issues. Nothing but Kudos for Dick Dyer! More
I traveled out of town to this dealership to check out a used car. I fell in love with it and put a deposit down on it to purchase today. I go to the bank and insurance company and take care of everything yesterday. I get a call from both the internet sales and the salesman yesterday evening to confirm my coming to get the car today. Today I travel there and they tell me the salesman is no longer with them and they have sold the car. They said the manager that gave me the deal was not working last night and they did not know about the deal with the salesman they fired. They didn't bother calling me to tell me this, didn't seem to care that I had a deposit down, and just didn't care to keep my business. They offered to give me a different car, but said I'd have to pay extra for a sunroof and all the other extras I got with the car I was going to purchase. Such a scam, they made the mistake and they didn't care to fix their mistake. Stay away for your own good. More
I was looking for a new Truck and went to them they wouldn't try to match price and told me they werent in the buisness of losing money. Also this jerk hung up on me after he said that. service advisor did not do his job . i was there early and since i do not have a service cupon he said that he had to call for aproval at 0930 i asked if i had to wait until then to get the service i did and since i do not have a service cupon he said that he had to call for aproval at 0930 i asked if i had to wait until then to get the service i did not get an straight anwser this is the second time that this happend to us my wife waited 5.5 hrs last time at the service department. i will not recomend or buy any products from dick dyers. I entered the dealership with the intention of purchasing a used car but came out with a new toyota corolla with the all exactly the pricing I had asked for. This is a great dealership. The staff members are friendly and don't try to pressure you. Dick Dyer Toyota also offers several amenities for their customers and has a clean showroom and snack bar. The "Dick Dyer Advantage" also gives you a lot of benefits once you purchase a car from them, such as car washes, paint touch-ups, and shuttle services. I would highly recommend Dick Dyer and Gollie Felder to anyone searching for a new car. More
Jim Graham was the friendliest, most professional and most customer-service oriented person I have ever met in a parts/service center. I was incredibly impressed with the high level of customer service given my this dealership and its parts/service department. More
In 2005, while stationed in Iraq, I attempted to purchase a RAV4 online with Dick Dyer Toyota. The long and short of it, they sent my check back to my house (mind you I was in the sandbox across the ocean) a RAV4 online with Dick Dyer Toyota. The long and short of it, they sent my check back to my house (mind you I was in the sandbox across the ocean) and therefore, the vehicle I wanted never materialized, The employees I dealt with at the time never acted like regretted the error, or apologized for that matter. Although I did a purchase RAV4 off the lot, without the accessories equipped that I wanted, due to selling my previous car prior to my departure. Needless to say, I was not happy with this dealership in the slightest. Moving forward to 2010 and believing everyone is entitled to a second chance, I again turned to Dick Dyer Toyota, to purchase a new truck. I sent both an internet credit application and a contact request. Mike Humphrey contacted me the following day and asked what type of vehicle I wanted and the particulars (color, size, accessories) and proceeded to work on finding the exact vehicle I desired. I went to the dealership the next week, which was the soonest my schedule allowed, and Mike introduced me to Steve Goldstein, who worked all the minor details out and of course the purchase price. Steve completely went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the truck, which required him tracking one down from Jacksonville, Florida in the end, and the personnel I would deal with at Dick Dyer. I informed Steve that his dedication to ensure my deal was EXACTLY what I wanted, more than made up for the lack of enthusiasm and poor example of professionalism I dealt with in 2005. Not only did he find the truck I was looking for, but had it on site the next afternoon with a few additional perks. Upon receipt of the 2010 Toyota Tundra Crewmax, Steve introduced me to Brett Crawford who was the nicest, no nonsense financial manager I’ve dealt with in my life. He did not play around with the numbers and try to sell me anything more than the things I requested. He however, informed me of the packages they offered (maintenance, lojack, etc) and after careful consideration, I opted for the maintenance and protectant (which by the way is well worth the few extra dollars). All in all, from the time I walked in the front door, thanks to Steve’s efficiency and Brett’s quickness, I was home again in one and a half hours. I highly recommend these individuals as your sales team, if you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Additionally, I was so impressed with Steve and Brett; I purchased a 2010 Toyota Tacoma, from them two weeks later. Both vehicles are wonderful and are exactly what I wanted. More
