As consumers, my wife and I clearly were set on selecting the best car available at the best price; for us. Though we had narrowed our choices to either a new Camry or Honda Accord and were very satisfied with the final bottom line price on both, the exceptional service rendered by Craig and Chris along with the outstanding warranty were the deciding factors in our choice. The Dick Dyer dealership clearly has a far greater selection of cars to chose from than others that we visited and again Great Customer Service and Price to go along with it. Save your time and money by starting your car shopping experience at Dick Dyer and asking for Craig. I sure wish someone had told me before I started shopping because I'd sure like to have those two days of my life back!! More

I traveled out of town to this dealership to check out a used car. I fell in love with it and put a deposit down on it to purchase today. I go to the bank and insurance company and take care of everything used car. I fell in love with it and put a deposit down on it to purchase today. I go to the bank and insurance company and take care of everything yesterday. I get a call from both the internet sales and the salesman yesterday evening to confirm my coming to get the car today. Today I travel there and they tell me the salesman is no longer with them and they have sold the car. They said the manager that gave me the deal was not working last night and they did not know about the deal with the salesman they fired. They didn't bother calling me to tell me this, didn't seem to care that I had a deposit down, and just didn't care to keep my business. They offered to give me a different car, but said I'd have to pay extra for a sunroof and all the other extras I got with the car I was going to purchase. Such a scam, they made the mistake and they didn't care to fix their mistake. Stay away for your own good. More
